This green detox smoothie will help you feel your best! Vitamin-packed, nutrient-rich, and hydrating, this healthy smoothie is loaded with detoxifying ingredients to help you cleanse your body and glow from the inside out!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 full cup (70g) baby kale*
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • 1 ¼ cup (300 ml) coconut water
  • ¾ cup (110g) frozen mango chunks
  • ¾ cup (110g) frozen pineapple chunks
  • Sweetener, to taste (agave, honey, stevia, maple syrup or dates)
  • ½ teaspoon spirulina powder

Instructions

  1. Place kale, banana and coconut water into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add the frozen mango and pineapple chunks, and blend on high until completely pureed and the mixture is smooth. Add the spirulina in the end and mix again, about 30 seconds, Scrape down the sides of the blender as needed.
  3. Pour into 1 or 2 glasses and enjoy!

Notes

* Alternatively, you can replace kale with baby spinach.
