Healthy spicy lime bars (vegan, raw, gluten free, no added sugar). Ready in 5 minutes only!
- 1/4 cup (60g) pitted dates
- 1/4 cup (60ml) coconut oil
- 1/2 cup (75g) almonds
- 1/2 cup (75g) cashews
- 1 lime (juice + zest)
- 1/2 small chili pepper, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- Coarsely blend all ingredients (without adding any water), about 2 minutes.
- Shape into balls, and store in the refrigerator at least 2 hours before consuming.
