Mango Smoothie

In summer, we all enjoy a very refreshing drink with a hint of exotism, right? Today I suggest you a very easy summer drink with only 3 ingredients and no added sugar.



  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1/2 ripe banana, sliced
  • 1 cup (250 ml) semi-skimmed milk


  1. Make sure all the ingredients are very cold before preparing the smoothie (I recommend you place them for at least one hour in the refrigerator).
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a blender for about 2-3 minutes until it becomes a smooth texture. Pour into two glasses and serve immediately.
