Perfect healthy avocado smoothie bowl that does not taste greens at all!
For the smoothie bowl:
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 lime (juice)
- 1 teaspoon spirulina powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon agave syrup
For the topping:
- 1 Tablespoon fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 Tablespoon cashew nuts
- 1 Tablespoon coconut chips
- Dice the avocado and juice the lime. In a blender, mix together avocado, coconut milk, lime juice and the optionally spirulina powder. Add some agave syrup (adjust depending on your taste).
- Top with fresh or frozen raspberries, cashew nuts and coconut chips. Enjoy!
