Sweet potato fries are so addictive! Crispy and slightly charred on the edges, they make the best side or snack to enjoy with a simple avocado dip or any dip of your choice!
* If your sweet potatoes are not very large, adjust the quantity of oil you are using. You don’t want to use too much oil or your fries will turn oily and won’t become crispy.
** For even crispier fries, you can coat the fries in an additional mixture consisting of equal part of cornstarch and water (about 2 Tablespoons each).
