This baked brie-camembert pyramid is an elegant and festive cheese that will amaze your taste buds.
Ingredients

1 camembert
1 large brie cheese
Maple syrup
1 large fresh fig, cut in four
1 pomegranate, seed
50g pistachios
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 390°F (200°). Stack the camembert over the brie cheese in a form covered with some parchment paper. Pour over some maple syrup and bake for 5-10 minutes, the last minutes on the grill position.
Transfer the cheese in a dish. Decorate with a the fig, some pomegranate and pistachios and pour over some additional maple syrup if desired. Serve immediately with some fresh French bread or baguette.
