5-minute berry frozen yogurt is the ultimate treat to indulge on a hot summer day. Quick to prepare, super healthy and packed with protein, it is very refreshing and suitable for both adults and kids.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups (450g) frozen strawberries
  • 3 cups (450g) frozen blackberries
  • ¾ cup (180g) plain Greek yogurt*
  • 12 Tablespoon honey, agave or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. In the bowl of a food processor, mix the frozen berries together with yogurt and honey (if using). Mix until creamy, exactly 5 minutes (not less).
  2. Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and freeze. Remove the frozen yogurt 10 minutes before serving to ensure it is not too hard to serve.

Notes

* I recommend full-fat Greek yogurt for best results, it’s the key to a creamy frozen yogurt. Low fat would work, but your frozen yogurt will be less creamy.
