C&#8217;est parfait lorsqu&#8217;on re\u00e7oit une grande tabl\u00e9e et que l&#8217;on veut appr\u00e9cier la compagnie. Pensez toutefois \u00e0 bien les \u00e9goutter et les rincer avant utilisation. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Poivron.<\/strong> J&#8217;ai utilis\u00e9 un gros poivron rouge, mais bien s\u00fbr il n&#8217;y a aucun souci \u00e0 le remplacer par du poivron jaune ou orang. \u00c9vitez en revanche le poivron vert qui est un peu plus amer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Oignon.<\/strong> Selon moi \u00bd oignon moyen suffit, mais il est possible d&#8217;en utiliser davantage si d\u00e9sir\u00e9, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 un oignon entier.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00c9pices.<\/strong> Tr\u00e8s importantes dans la pr\u00e9paration de tacos, les \u00e9pices apportent une explosion de saveurs chaudes et parfum\u00e9es. J&#8217;ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 un mix de paprika, chili, cumin et origan. N&#8217;oubliez pas le sel, exhausteur de saveurs, et puis aussi un peu d&#8217;ail dans la pr\u00e9paration. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sauce salsa.<\/strong> Vous la trouverez dans la s\u00e9lection tacos de votre rayon produits internationaux. Optez pour de la salsa douce s&#8217;il y a des enfants en bas \u00e2ge ou si vous \u00eates sensibles aux \u00e9pices, ou bien \u00e9pic\u00e9es pour apporter un peu plus de personnalit\u00e9 aux tacos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9.<\/strong> Pensez \u00e0 choisir un fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9 qui fond bien \u00e0 la cuisson, comme du cheddar par exemple.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tortillas.<\/strong> Je vous sugg\u00e8re des petites tortillas de bl\u00e9 de 20 cm de diam\u00e8tre environ. Pour apporter un petit twist \u00e0 l&#8217;ensemble, essayez ce <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/toasts-de-patates-douces-et-guacamole-au-chou-kale-vegan-sans-gluten\/\" type=\"link\" id=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/toasts-de-patates-douces-et-guacamole-au-chou-kale-vegan-sans-gluten\/\">guacamole de chou kale au pamplemousse<\/a>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Coriandre fra\u00eeche.<\/strong> Garnissez vos tacos d&#8217;une poign\u00e9e de coriandre fra\u00eeche au moment de servir. Cela cr\u00e9era de l&#8217;humidit\u00e9, rendant les tortillas plus souples et plus faciles \u00e0 plier. Laissez reposer une minute, puis assemblez vos tortillas avant de les enfourner.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-meal-prep-et-batch-cooking\">Meal prep et batch cooking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces tacos sont parfaits pour le meal prep (pr\u00e9paration des repas \u00e0 l&#8217;avance), mais aussi pour doubler ou tripler les quantit\u00e9s au besoin si vous pr\u00e9voyez une soir\u00e9e tacos entre amis. Ajouter la coriandre, la sauce salsa et pulser encore quelques secondes. Incorporer le reste de haricots noirs non mix\u00e9s pour apporter de la texture \u00e0 l&#8217;ensemble.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-4\"><strong>Faire chauffer les tortillas.<\/strong> Placer les tortillas sur une assiette et couvrir de papier absorbant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement humide.
