Ce plat chouchou est un grand classique chez moi, une recette que je fais et refais tr\u00e8s souvent au fil des semaines, des mois, des ann\u00e9es. Facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer avec quelques ingr\u00e9dients de base, c&#8217;est un plat rustique que l&#8217;on a envie de saucer avec du pain de campagne. L&#8217;id\u00e9e est tellement simple que je me suis demand\u00e9e si vous aviez vraiment besoin d&#8217;une recette pour cela. Mais finalement en cuisine, c&#8217;est souvent l&#8217;inspiration qui nous manque. Alors pour les soirs de flemme, voici une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/10-recettes-vegetariennes-faciles-avec-les-ingredients-du-placard\/\">recette avec des ingr\u00e9dients du placard<\/a> qui vous sauvera la mise !<\/p>\n\n\n\t\t<div class=\"contentbox contentbox-palepink notop nobot\">\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-shakshuka-aux-haricots-blancs-c-est\">La shakshuka aux haricots blancs, c&#8217;est&#8230;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-check\">\n<li><strong>Des oeufs poch\u00e9s \u00e0 la sauce tomate&#8230;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>&#8230; avec un twist de <strong>haricots blancs et de pousses d&#8217;\u00e9pinards<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Un plat familial et bon march\u00e9<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>V\u00e9g\u00e9tarien, sans lactose et sans gluten<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-les-ingredients-de-la-recette\">Les ingr\u00e9dients de la recette<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Haricots blancs.<\/strong> J&#8217;ai utilis\u00e9 des haricots blancs en bo\u00eete pour aller plus vite, mais il est possible d&#8217;ajouter un reste de haricots blancs d\u00e9j\u00e0 cuits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pousses d&#8217;\u00e9pinards.<\/strong> Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez des pousses d&#8217;\u00e9pinards frais plut\u00f4t que surgel\u00e9s. Les \u00e9pinards vont cuire instantan\u00e9ment dans la sauce tomate chaude, tout en conservant leur couleur vert \u00e9clatant.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Oeufs.<\/strong> Choisissez des oeufs frais et ajustez le nombre d&#8217;oeufs selon le nombre de convives. Je recommande g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement entre 4 et 6 oeufs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bo\u00eete de tomates en d\u00e9s<\/strong>, avec leur jus. L&#8217;utilisation d&#8217;une bo\u00eete de tomates permet d&#8217;apporter texture et richesse \u00e0 la sauce.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Oignon rouge.<\/strong> Il est l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus doux et sucr\u00e9 que l&#8217;oignon jaune \u00e0 la cuisson, mais l&#8217;un comme l&#8217;autre fonctionnent dans la recette.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Herbes et assaisonnements.<\/strong> Il vous faudra de l&#8217;ail, du cumin, un peu de paprika et de la sauce soja (pour des saveurs umami). Faites mijoter \u00e0 petit feu pour laisser le temps \u00e0 la sauce de s&#8217;\u00e9paissir et aux saveurs de se d\u00e9velopper.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ajoutez les haricots blancs et les pousses d&#8217;\u00e9pinards<\/strong> directement dans la sauce tomate chaude et m\u00e9langez vivement. Les \u00e9pinards vont cuire presque instantan\u00e9ment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cassez les oeufs par-dessus la sauce tomate et enfournez pendant quelques minutes<\/strong>, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que les oeufs aient pris. Incorporer les haricots blancs et les pousses d&#8217;\u00e9pinards dans la sauce tr\u00e8s chaude et remuer quelques instants, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que les \u00e9pinards cuisent presque instantan\u00e9ment dans la sauce.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-4\">Casser les oeufs d\u00e9licatement dans la po\u00eale par-dessus les tomates.
