Fa\u00e7onnez chacune d&#8217;entre elle en un cylindre et enveloppez-les s\u00e9par\u00e9ment de film alimentaire.<\/strong> Laissez-les ensuite reposer sur le plan de travail pendant 30 minutes. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Retirez le film alimentaire et coupez chaque cylindre en 12 parts \u00e9gales. \u00c9talez chaque morceau sous forme d&#8217;un disque tr\u00e8s mince<\/strong>, puis en vous aidant d&#8217;un emporte-pi\u00e8ce de 8-10 cm pour r\u00e9aliser un cercle parfait (facultatif). Saupoudrez les feuilles \u00e0 gyoza d&#8217;un peu de f\u00e9cule et couvrez-les avec un torchon humide tout au long de l&#8217;op\u00e9ration pour \u00e9viter que la p\u00e2te ne s&#8217;ass\u00e8che.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\t\t<div class=\"contentbox contentbox-lightpink notop nobot\">\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\n\n<p><strong>Important <\/strong>! Durant le processus de fa\u00e7onnage des feuilles \u00e0 gyoza, il est important de saupoudrer les feuilles d&#8217;un peu de f\u00e9cule (de ma\u00efs ou pommes de terre) pour \u00e9viter qu&#8217;elles ne collent les unes aux autres. Rassurez-vous, c&#8217;est finalement assez intuitif (si si, vous verrez). Et surtout, les plis n&#8217;ont pas besoin d&#8217;\u00eatre parfaits. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, ils ne sont d&#8217;ailleurs pas indispensables ! Alors faites au mieux, et ce sera tr\u00e8s bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au final, je trouve que le pliage des gyozas est une activit\u00e9 assez ludique et qui d\u00e9tend. Embauchez les petites mains autour de vous si vous pouvez, c&#8217;est une super activit\u00e9 \u00e0 faire en famille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>D\u00e9posez un peu de garniture au centre de chaque feuille. \u00c0 l&#8217;aide de votre doight, humectez les bords avec un peu d&#8217;eau tout autour. Ensuite, repliez la feuille en deux, puis pressez avec les doigts pour souder, en s&#8217;appuyant sur une des deux m\u00e9thodes ci-dessous :<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>M\u00e9thode 1: plis vers le centre.<\/strong>&nbsp;Pincez le dumpling en haut au centre de la main gauche et r\u00e9alisez 3 \u00e0 4 plis vers la droite. Pour ma part, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re r\u00e9aliser les feuilles \u00e0 gyoza juste avant de garnir la p\u00e2te et les congeler les gyozas tout entiers avant cuisson. Mais il est possible de r\u00e9aliser la p\u00e2te \u00e0 gyoza s\u00e9par\u00e9ment pour gagner du temps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pr\u00e9paration la veille.<\/strong> Saupoudrez chaque feuille \u00e0 gyoza d&#8217;un peu de f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs (ou pommes de terre) et empilez-les en petits tas de 5 \u00e0 7 feuilles environ. Placez-les ensuite dans un sac cong\u00e9lation herm\u00e9tique et gardez-les au frais jusqu&#8217;au lendemain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cong\u00e9lation.<\/strong> Placez les feuilles \u00e0 gyoza les unes \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des autres sur une plaque couverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9 et congelez pendant 30 minutes. Transf\u00e9rez-les ensuite dans un sac cong\u00e9lation herm\u00e9tique et conservez au cong\u00e9lateur. Laissez d\u00e9congeler pendant 10-15 minutes, couverts d&#8217;un torchon humide, sur le plan de travail l\u00e9g\u00e8rement saupoudr\u00e9 de f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs. Il ne vous reste plus qu&#8217;\u00e0 garnir vos gyoza et \u00e0 les fa\u00e7onner, en vous assurant de bien souder les bords.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"
