Sur une salade ti\u00e8de de quinoa sont dispos\u00e9s des filets de saumon \u00e9miett\u00e9s, auxquels ont ajoute une salade de concombre et edamame, ainsi qu&#8217;un dip de feta \u00e0 l&#8217;aneth. Elle s&#8217;inscrit ainsi parfaitement dans une d\u00e9marche de meal prep. Il suffit de cuire les ingr\u00e9dients s\u00e9par\u00e9ment et les conserver herm\u00e9tiquement au frais jusqu&#8217;au moment de servir. Pour cela, il suffit de cuire les ingr\u00e9dients au pr\u00e9alable, puis assembler la salade au moment de servir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-circles\">\n<li><strong>Commencez par cuire les filets de saumon au four<\/strong>, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils soient bien tendres au centre. Laissez-les refroidir un peu, puis \u00f4tez la peau s&#8217;il y a et transf\u00e9rez-les dans un r\u00e9cipient herm\u00e9tique en verre pour \u00e9viter de laisser une saveur d\u00e9plaisante.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pendant que le saumon est au four, <strong>faites cuire le quinoa<\/strong>, puis laissez-le refroidir avant de le conserver dans une bo\u00eete herm\u00e9tique au frais.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9parez le dip de feta<\/strong>, puis conservez-le au frais. Id\u00e9alement, on pr\u00e9f\u00e8rera ajouter l&#8217;aneth au dernier moment, afin qu&#8217;elle conserve toute sa fra\u00eecheur. Ajoutez la vinaigrette \u00e0 la salade de concombre et edamame et m\u00e9langez bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9partissez le quinoa ti\u00e8de \u00e0 l&#8217;assiette, puis ajoutez une portion de la salade de concombre-edamame, parsemez de filets de saumon grossi\u00e8rement \u00e9miett\u00e9s, puis ajoutez une bonne cuill\u00e9r\u00e9e du dip de feta \u00e0 l&#8217;aneth. Et voil\u00e0, c&#8217;est pr\u00eat !<\/p>\n\n\n\t\t<div class=\"contentbox contentbox-palepink notop nobot\">\t\t\r\n\t\t\t\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-astuces-utiles\">Astuces utiles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Cuisson du saumon.<\/strong> En fonction de la taille des filets de saumon (s&#8217;il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;un gros filet ou bien de plusieurs filets individuels), le temps de cuisson peut varier l\u00e9g\u00e8rement. Surveillez de pr\u00e8s la cuisson ; le saumon est pr\u00eat lorsqu&#8217;il est rose et tendre au centre (s&#8217;il est trop cuit, le centre s&#8217;ass\u00e8che).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Quinoa.<\/strong> Pour une cuisson parfaite, ne touchez pas au quinoa avant la fin de la cuisson, puis seulement \u00e0 ce moment l\u00e0, vous pouvez remuer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e0 la fourchette. Le quinoa doit \u00eatre al-dente et encore tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8rement croquant sous la dent. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>R\u00e9chauffez certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments avant de servir.<\/strong> En cas de meal prep (pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 l&#8217;avance), pensez \u00e0 r\u00e9chauffer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement le quinoa et les filets de saumon au micro-ondes avant de servir et d&#8217;ajouter les autres ingr\u00e9dients. La salade est aussi tr\u00e8s bonne froide pour ceux qui pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-variations-de-la-recette\">Variations de la recette<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La beaut\u00e9 de cette salade ti\u00e8de de saumon, quinoa et edamame, c&#8217;est qu&#8217;il existe de multiples variantes possibles. Il m&#8217;arrive d&#8217;ailleurs assez rarement de refaire exactement la m\u00eame d&#8217;une fois sur l&#8217;autre. Voici quelques id\u00e9es \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer pour varier un peu :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Remplacez le quinoa par une portion de <strong>couscous \/ couscous perl\u00e9<\/strong>, ou bien encore de <strong>lentilles du Puys, lentilles beluga<\/strong> ou pourquoi pas <strong>de boulgour. <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Agr\u00e9mentez d&#8217;autres crudit\u00e9s au choix<\/strong> : radis coup\u00e9s en rondelles, chou blanc ou carottes r\u00e2p\u00e9s, avocat coup\u00e9 en lamelles, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ajoutez des l\u00e9gumes saut\u00e9s ou r\u00f4tis <\/strong>: courgettes ou asperges \u00e0 la belle saison, brocolis tout au long de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pour rendre cette salade ti\u00e8de encore plus nourrissante, ajoutez des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/frites-de-patates-douces-et-dip-a-lavocat\/\">frites de patates douces<\/a> en accompagnement.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remplacez le dip de feta \u00e0 l&#8217;aneth par du <strong>tatziki<\/strong>, de la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/dip-de-feta\/\">feta fouett\u00e9e<\/a> ou encore par un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/sauce-vegan-basilic-et-noix-de-cajou-version-pesto\/\">dressing basilic et noix de cajou<\/a>. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"730\" height=\"487\" src=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/Salmon-Quinoa-Bowl-with-Edamame_7a-730x487.jpg\" alt=\"D\u00e9licieuse salade de saumon, quinoa et edamame, servie avec un dip de feta \u00e0 l'aneth.
