Selon leur taille, vous aurez besoin de 2 ou 3 pommes. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ricotta.<\/strong> Utilisez de la ricotta enti\u00e8re ou avec un pourcentage de mati\u00e8re grasse \u00e9lev\u00e9. Cela apportera de la richesse au dessert.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Huile d&#8217;olive.<\/strong> Elle apporte de la rondeur au g\u00e2teau et lui conf\u00e8re un moelleux unique. Promis, votre g\u00e2teau aux pommes n&#8217;aura pas go\u00fbt d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive !<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Oeufs.<\/strong> Ils permettent de lier les ingr\u00e9dients les uns aux autres. Deux oeufs suffisent, mais choisissez-les assez gros.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sucre.<\/strong> Bien qu&#8217;il soit possible de r\u00e9duire la quantit\u00e9 de sucre si vous le souhaitez, je recommande 150g de sucre pour une texture id\u00e9ale. En m\u00e9langeant trop, le g\u00e2teau aura tendance \u00e0 devenir un peu plus dense. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tamisez bien les ingr\u00e9dients secs.<\/strong> Cela participe de la texture douce et conf\u00e8re de la l\u00e9g\u00e8ret\u00e9 au g\u00e2teau.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Surveillez bien le temps de cuisson.<\/strong> Si votre g\u00e2teau est \u00e0 peine assez cuit, il sera encore cru au centre ; si \u00e0 l&#8217;inverse il est trop cuit il perdra de son moelleux.
