Color\u00e9e et riche en crudit\u00e9s, elle est tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer et id\u00e9ale pour le meal prep (il suffit de cuire le quinoa \u00e0 l&#8217;avance). Des crudit\u00e9s comme je disais, mais aussi des olives, de la feta, du houmous, le tout sur une base de quinoa. Vraiment rien de compliqu\u00e9 ni de r\u00e9volutionnaire, mais cette salade n&#8217;en reste pas moins gourmande. Voici quelques id\u00e9es pour inspiration :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Oignons rouges<\/strong>, coup\u00e9s en d\u00e9s ou lamelles fines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Perles de mozzarella ou ch\u00e8vre frais<\/strong> peuvent remplacer la feta.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pois chiches ou haricots blancs<\/strong> peuvent remplacer ou compl\u00e9ter le houmous. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tomates cerises, concombres<\/strong>, etc. sont d&#8217;autres crudit\u00e9s \u00e0 consid\u00e9rer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Quelques tomates s\u00e9ch\u00e9es<\/strong>, h\u00e2ch\u00e9es grossi\u00e8rement, apporteront des saveurs compl\u00e9mentaires \u00e0 cette salade m\u00e9diterran\u00e9enne. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Basilic frais<\/strong>, pour remplacer ou compl\u00e9ter la coriandre fra\u00eeche.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sauce tatziki<\/strong> et un peu de <strong>pain pita<\/strong> compl\u00e8teront cette salade \u00e0 merveille. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-vinaigrette-toute-simple\">Une vinaigrette toute simple<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>On pourrait imaginer un dressing plus ou moins complexe, mais au final il n&#8217;y a rien de tel qu&#8217;une vinaigrette toute simple pour accompagner une salade. C&#8217;est \u00e0 mon sens la meilleure fa\u00e7on de vraiment appr\u00e9cier la saveur des ingr\u00e9dients. On retrouve ici juste un peu d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, de vinaigre de cidre et de moutarde, avec quelques herbes (origan ou herbes de Provence) pour apporter une pointe de fra\u00eecheur.
