Qu&#8217;il s&#8217;agisse de chou blanc, de chou-fleur, de brocolis et j&#8217;en passe, je les aime tous. L&#8217;assaisonnement citron et aneth apporte toute la fra\u00eecheur \u00e0 la salade, tandis que les cranberries apportent une pointe de douceur et les amandes un peu d&#8217;amertume et surtout du croquant. Incorporer la vinaigrette \u00e0 la salade de chou, en gardant quelques cuill\u00e9r\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe pour servir (pour ceux qui veulent ajuster l&#8217;assaisonnement).\u00a0<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-6\">R\u00e9partir le houmous de haricots blancs dans un plat de service ou \u00e0 l&#8217;assiette.
