40px), 730px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-comment-realiser-ce-plat-de-fenouil-braise-aux-lentilles\">Comment r\u00e9aliser ce plat de fenouil brais\u00e9 aux lentilles ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici les grandes \u00e9tapes \u00e0 retenir (pour les instructions d\u00e9taill\u00e9es, rendez-vous \u00e0 la fiche recette ci-dessous) :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"is-style-circles wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Faites cuire les lentilles et \u00e9gouttez-les.<\/strong> Pensez \u00e0 les cuire tout juste al-dente pour une bonne tenue et \u00e9viter qu&#8217;elles ne s&#8217;\u00e9crasent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pr\u00e9parez et faites cuire le fenouil.<\/strong> Commencez par couper 1 \u00bd bulbe de fenouil en quartiers, puis chacun d&#8217;entre eux en deux. Le demi fenouil restant sera quant-\u00e0 lui coup\u00e9 en fines lamelles. Les morceaux de fenouil sont ensuite brais\u00e9s dans du beurre et caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s au sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>N&#8217;oubliez pas l&#8217;assaisonnement !<\/strong> C&#8217;est ce qui fait toute l&#8217;originalit\u00e9 du plat et apporte toutes ses saveurs. Ici il vous faudra du thym, de l&#8217;aneth, ainsi que le zeste et le jus d&#8217;un citron, sans oublier bien s\u00fbr le sel et le poivre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Assemblez le plat.<\/strong> Faites dorer les lamelles de fenouil, puis incorporez les lentilles, et les pousses d&#8217;\u00e9pinards. Go\u00fbtez et ajustez l&#8217;assaisonnement au besoin. Coupez ensuite le bulbe en deux de haut en bas, puis en quartiers, et enfin chaque quartier en deux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Peut-on manger les tiges ?<\/strong> Bien qu&#8217;il soit parfaitement possible de les consommer, elles ont tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre assez dures et filandreuses. Par ailleurs, pour une version non vegan du plat, il est possible d&#8217;agr\u00e9menter de fromage \u00e9miett\u00e9 (ch\u00e8vre frais ou feta). Certains aiment ajouter un peu de parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9 par-dessus juste au moment de servir, d&#8217;autres un peu de chili oil pour relever un peu le plat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une toute autre variation consiste \u00e0 remplacer le fenouil par du chou vert, lui aussi coup\u00e9 en quartiers puis encore en deux. Ajouter une feuille de laurier et cuire environ 25 minutes ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles soient tendres mais toujours al-dente. \u00c9goutter et rincer sous l&#8217;eau froide pour arr\u00eater la cuisson.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-2\">Couper la base et les tiges de chaque bulbe de fenouil. Couper 1 \u00bd bulbe de fenouil en quartiers (en gardant le \u00bd bulbe de fenouil restant pour le couper en fines lamelles), puis couper chaque quartier en deux. R\u00e9aliser de fines tranches avec le \u00bd bulbe restant.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-3\">Faire fondre le beurre dans une grande po\u00eale plac\u00e9e sur feu moyen-doux. Ajouter les quartiers de fenouil et cuire jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils soient tr\u00e8s tendres et bien dor\u00e9s des deux c\u00f4t\u00e9s. Verser le sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable et cuire jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9 soit l\u00e9g\u00e8rement caram\u00e9lis\u00e9. Ajouter le thym, l&#8217;aneth frais, le zeste et le jus de citron. Ajouter un peu d&#8217;eau si besoin, au cas o\u00f9 le fenouil commence \u00e0 accrocher au fond de la po\u00eale. Saler, poivrer et retirer du feu.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-4\">Dans une autre po\u00eale plac\u00e9e sur feu moyen, faire dorer les lamelles de fenouil avec de l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles soient bien tendres. Ajouter les graines de fenouil et cuire pendant 2 minutes, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles parfument le fenouil. Incorporer les lentilles cuites (sans le laurier) et les pousses d&#8217;\u00e9pinards. M\u00e9langer et cuire rapidement jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles soient tout juste fl\u00e9tries mais encore bien vertes. Ajouter de l&#8217;aneth frais, saler et poivrer.
