Quand on pense \u00e0 la Su\u00e8de, on imagine le plus souvent les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/brioches-suedoises-a-la-cannelle-ou-kanelbullar\/\">roul\u00e9s \u00e0 la cannelle<\/a> de chez Ik\u00e9a, les fameux <em>Kanelbullar<\/em>. Mais la sc\u00e8ne culinaire su\u00e9doise ne se r\u00e9sume pas \u00e0 cela. On y retrouve le plus souvent du saumon, du cabillaud et des crevettes, parfois des moules \u00e9galement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il s&#8217;agit d&#8217;un plat \u00e9l\u00e9gant et subtile, qui sied tout particuli\u00e8rement aux occasions sp\u00e9ciales, comme les f\u00eates de fin d&#8217;ann\u00e9e (r\u00e9veillon de No\u00ebl ou du nouvel an par exemple). Voici les grandes \u00e9tapes \u00e0 retenir (voir la fiche recette pour les instructions d\u00e9taill\u00e9es) :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list is-style-circles\">\n<li><strong>Commencez par pr\u00e9parer la sauce.<\/strong> Pour cela, il convient de faire fondre les oignons et le poireau dans le beurre, avant d&#8217;y ajouter l&#8217;ail, le concentr\u00e9 de tomates, le sel et le poivre. Versez ensuite les ingr\u00e9dients liquides (vin blanc, cr\u00e8me, bouillon) et infusez le safran. Portez \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, puis r\u00e9duisez \u00e0 feu doux et laissez alors mijoter le temps que la sauce \u00e9paississe, en ajustant la quantit\u00e9 de bouillon au besoin. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Placez les filets de poissons et les crevettes dans le plat, puis recouvrez de sauce.<\/strong> Pour ma part, j&#8217;aime commencer par verser \u2153 de la sauce dans le plat, avant d&#8217;y adjoindre les morceaux de poisson et de recouvrir du reste de la sauce. Parsemez d&#8217;un peu de parmesan r\u00e2p\u00e9 sur le dessus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Enfournez, puis servez avec de l&#8217;aneth fra\u00eeche<\/strong>. Qu&#8217;elle que soit la d\u00e9nomination, le <em>fiskgryta<\/em> s&#8217;accompagne \u00e0 merveille de pommes de terre vapeur, comme le font les Su\u00e9dois. Pour s&#8217;\u00e9loigner un peu du c\u00f4t\u00e9 traditionnel, servez-le avec des tagliatelles ou du riz \u00e0 la place. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je recommande par ailleurs d&#8217;accompagner le gratin de poisson au safran d&#8217;un vin blanc sec, tel qu&#8217;un Riesling, un Sauvignon blanc ou un Chardonnay. Je choisis aussi parfois un Gewurztraminer, qui est plus doux mais fonctionne n\u00e9anmoins tr\u00e8s bien avec ce plat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img
