Elles cuisent plus vite et sont plus moelleuses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Crudit\u00e9s.<\/strong> J&#8217;ai ici opt\u00e9 pour des tomates cerises, des concombres, des olives et des pousses d&#8217;\u00e9pinards. On pourrait \u00e9galement ajouter des oignons rouges, poivrons, artichauts, etc. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Vinaigrette aux herbes.<\/strong> On y retrouve de l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, du vinaigre, de la moutarde, de l&#8217;origan et de l&#8217;ail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Pignons de pin.<\/strong> C&#8217;est la petite touche croquante \u00e0 la salade. Les tortellini doivent rester relativement fermes sous la dent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rincez et \u00e9gouttez vos p\u00e2tes sous l&#8217;eau froide<\/strong> pour stopper la cuisson.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Utilisez un tiers et jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 la moiti\u00e9 de la vinaigrette<\/strong> pour m\u00e9langer les ingr\u00e9dients de la salade, puis ajustez au besoin (vous n&#8217;aurez pas n\u00e9cessairement besoin d&#8217;utiliser toute la vinaigrette).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Faites refroidir votre salade de tortellini 30 minutes<\/strong> avant de servir si possible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Faites dorer vos pignons de pin<\/strong> dans une po\u00eale plac\u00e9e sur feu vif sans ajout de mati\u00e8re grasse. Ils n&#8217;en seront que meilleurs dans la salade.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-preparation-a-l-avance-et-conservation\">Pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 l&#8217;avance et conservation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La salade de tortellini est encore meilleure servie bien froide. Vous pouvez ainsi parfaitement la pr\u00e9parer la veille, en m\u00e9langeant tous les ingr\u00e9dients avec seulement <strong>\u2153<\/strong> de la vinaigrette. Le reste de la vinaigrette sera ajout\u00e9e en tout ou partie au moment de servir.
