Si le dressing est trop \u00e9pais, ajoutez quelques cuill\u00e9r\u00e9es d&#8217;eau chaude, une \u00e0 la fois, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;obtention de la texture d\u00e9sir\u00e9e. Assurez-vous d&#8217;utiliser de la pur\u00e9e de noix de cajou non sucr\u00e9e pour cette recette, et pour un petit kick suppl\u00e9mentaire, ajoutez une pinc\u00e9e d&#8217;\u00e9pices cajun au dressing.<\/p>\n<h2>Pr\u00e9paration \u00e0 l&#8217;avance, \u00e7a se passe comment ?<\/h2>\n<p>Comme pour tout buddha bowl ou quinoa bowl, il est possible de pr\u00e9parer certaines \u00e9tapes de la recette \u00e0 l&#8217;avance et d&#8217;assembler le plat au dernier moment. C&#8217;est le fameux &#8220;meal prep&#8221; qui nous sauve la mise quand on est pris au beau milieu d&#8217;une journ\u00e9e charg\u00e9e et que l&#8217;on souhaite n\u00e9anmoins manger sainement sans avoir \u00e0 passer des heures en cuisine. Voici comment proc\u00e9der pour r\u00e9aliser cette recette en partie en avance :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Faites cuire le quinoa et conservez-le au frais dans une bo\u00eete herm\u00e9tique jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 5 jours.<\/li>\n<li>Faites en parall\u00e8le r\u00f4tir la courge coup\u00e9e en d\u00e9s. De m\u00eame, vous pouvez la conserver dans un r\u00e9cipient herm\u00e9tique pendant 5 jours au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rarteur sans probl\u00e8me.<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e9parez le dressing \u00e0 la pur\u00e9e de noix de cajou, placez-le dans un bocal en verre et conservez-le au frais 5 jours. Au moment de l&#8217;utiliser, passez-le de c\u00f4t\u00e9 sous l&#8217;eau chaude au robinet pour qu&#8217;il redevienne fluide.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Au moment d&#8217;assembler la recette<\/strong>, r\u00e9partissez le quinoa, la courge et les haricots noirs dans chaque assiette, puis r\u00e9chauffez-les au micro-ondes 1 \u00e0 2 minutes. Incorporez l&#8217;avocat coup\u00e9 en d\u00e9s et m\u00e9langez le tout. Garnissez d&#8217;un peu de cr\u00e8me, de quelques quartiers de citron (ou citron vert), de coriandre fra\u00eeche, et r\u00e9partissez le dressing \u00e0 la noix de cajou par-dessus.
