Il est aussi possible d&#8217;utiliser des haricots rouges ou un m\u00e9lange des deux.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Avocats.<\/strong> Choisissez-les bien m\u00fbrs mais encore fermes au toucher.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Paprika.<\/strong> C&#8217;est l&#8217;assaisonnement utilis\u00e9 (avec du sel et du poivre) pour faire r\u00f4tir les patates douces. Le r\u00e9sultat est incroyable en termes de saveurs !<\/li>\n<li><strong>Les petits plus.<\/strong> Ils consistent principalement en <strong>de la coriandre fra\u00eeche, de la cr\u00e8me (vegan) et du citron vert<\/strong>. Il suffit de placer tous les ingr\u00e9dients du dressing dans un blender et de mixer le tout jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;obtention d&#8217;un m\u00e9lange lisse et homog\u00e8ne. Si le dressing est trop \u00e9pais, ajoutez quelques cuill\u00e9r\u00e9es d&#8217;eau chaude, une \u00e0 la fois, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;obtention de la texture d\u00e9sir\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h2>Et en version meal prep, c&#8217;est possible ?<\/h2>\n<p>Oui, et c&#8217;est la toute la beaut\u00e9 des quinoa bowls et autre buddha bowls comme on les appelle aussi parfois. Pour pr\u00e9parer ce bol \u00e0 l&#8217;avance et avoir de quoi tenir toute la semaine ou presque, voici comment proc\u00e9der :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Commencez par cuire le quinoa puis conservez-le au frais dans une bo\u00eete herm\u00e9tique.<\/li>\n<li>Faites en parall\u00e8le r\u00f4tir les patates douces, laissez-les refroidir, et conservez-les au frais dans un autre r\u00e9cipient herm\u00e9tique.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9alisez le dressing au tahini et conservez-le au frais 3 \u00e0 5 jours. Si besoin, ajoutez quelques cuill\u00e9r\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;eau chaude, une \u00e0 la fois, pour le d\u00e9s\u00e9paissir.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Au moment d&#8217;assembler la recette<\/strong>, r\u00e9partissez le quinoa, les patates douces et les haricots noirs \u00e0 l&#8217;assiette, puis r\u00e9chauffez-les au micro-ondes 1 \u00e0 1 minutes 30. Agr\u00e9mentez l&#8217;assiette d&#8217;avocat coup\u00e9 en lamelles, de cr\u00e8me, de quelques quartiers de citron vert et de coriandre fra\u00eeche, et r\u00e9partissez le dressing au tahini par-dessus. Retirer du feu et laisser reposer, toujours \u00e0 couvert, pendant 15 minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires.
