Une recette ultra d\u00e9cadente que l&#8217;on aime aussi bien au brunch qu&#8217;au go\u00fbter ou en dessert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-en-quoi-consiste-le-pain-perdu-au-four\">En quoi consiste le pain perdu au four ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>On connait tous le principe du pain perdu, qui consiste en de larges tranches de pain rassi mac\u00e9r\u00e9es dans un m\u00e9lange d&#8217;oeuf et de lait, avant d&#8217;\u00eatre revenues \u00e0 la po\u00eale dans du beurre. Cette version au four reprend les m\u00eames bases, si ce n&#8217;est qu&#8217;ici les tranches imbib\u00e9es sont plac\u00e9es dans un plat et enfourn\u00e9es directement plut\u00f4t que d&#8217;\u00eatre po\u00eal\u00e9es une par une. Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez-le ou la rassi(e) de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence, cela permettra une meilleure absorbtion du m\u00e9lange oeuf-lait.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Noix de p\u00e9can.<\/strong> Vous pouvez utiliser des noix de p\u00e9can concass\u00e9es, qui sont souvent moins ch\u00e8res que les moiti\u00e9s de noix de p\u00e9can. \u00c0 d\u00e9faut, la recette fonctionne aussi avec des noix.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pommes.<\/strong> Choisissez des pommes qui se tiennent bien \u00e0 la cuisson et ne d\u00e9coupez pas les lamelles trop fines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Oeufs.<\/strong> C&#8217;est un ingr\u00e9dient cl\u00e9 de la recette, qui apporte toute sa richesse \u00e0 l&#8217;ensemble.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lait.<\/strong> Un autre ingr\u00e9dient cl\u00e9 du pain perdu. Il est possible de le remplacer par du lait sans lactose ou du lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal (amande, avoine, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u00c9pices.<\/strong> J&#8217;ai ici parfum\u00e9 le m\u00e9lange oeuf-lait d&#8217;un peu de cannelle, de noix de muscade et de vanille. Vous pouvez utiliser les trois ou bien ne mettre qu&#8217;un peud de cannelle ou de vanille si vous pr\u00e9f\u00e9rez.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sucre muscovado + sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable.<\/strong> Ils apportent des notes caram\u00e9lis\u00e9es au m\u00e9lange de noix de p\u00e9can.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Beurre.<\/strong> On l&#8217;utilise pour le m\u00e9lange de noix de p\u00e9can mais aussi pour faire cuire les pommes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Whisky (ou Calvados).<\/strong> C&#8217;est la petite touche qui fait toute la diff\u00e9rence.
