Vous pouvez en faire une soupe ou une pur\u00e9e, les int\u00e9grer dans des petits plats mijot\u00e9s ou une quiche, ou bien encore les farcir, tout simplement. Me revoici aujourd&#8217;hui avec une nouvelle version proposant une farce de lentilles \u00e0 la place du quinoa. Tandis que la courge est en train de r\u00f4tir au four, vous pouvez alors tranquillement pr\u00e9parer les lentilles. Ensuite, il suffit d&#8217;assembler la recette, ajoutant des noisettes pour un peu de croquant et du halloumi qui vient compl\u00e9ter ce plat avec brio. Et voil\u00e0, un plat v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien tout doux, complet et nourrissant \u00e0 la fois. Pour la liste compl\u00e8te des ingr\u00e9dients, rdv dans la fiche recette ci-dessous.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-qu-est-ce-que-le-halloumi\">Qu&#8217;est-ce que le halloumi ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le halloumi est un fromage chypriote \u00e0 base de lait de ch\u00e8vre et de brebis avec une texure l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9lastique et ferme, que l\u2019on consomme g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement cuit et non cru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-comment-preparer-cette-courge-butternut-farcie-aux-lentilles\">Comment pr\u00e9parer cette courge butternut farcie aux lentilles?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Retrouvez ci-dessous les grandes \u00e9tapes de la recette (rdv dans la fiche de recette pour les instructions d\u00e9taill\u00e9es).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Commencez par faire r\u00f4tir la courge avec de l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, de la sauge, du sel et du poivre.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parez le mijot\u00e9 de lentilles avec des \u00e9chalotes, du cumin, des herbes et les lentilles.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Faites ensuite cuire les tranches de halloumi \u00e0 la po\u00eale de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Puis assemblez la recette, en garnissant la courge de lentilles, avant d&#8217;ajouter les noisettes grill\u00e9es et le halloumi. Je recommande alors de couper chaque moiti\u00e9 de courge farcie aux lentilles en deux ou trois, ce qui vous donnera au total 4 \u00e0 6 portions. Vous pouvez aussi opter pour de toutes petites courges butternut et faire de chacune d&#8217;entre elle une portion individuelle. Pour cela, il vous faudra 2 petites courges et non 1 moyenne pour r\u00e9aliser la recette. Vous pouvez servir la courge farcie en plat unique et \u00e9ventuellement ajouter un filet de tahini pour ajouter du cr\u00e9meux \u00e0 l&#8217;ensemble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-variations-autour-de-la-recette\">Variations autour de la recette<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est possible de r\u00e9aliser cette recette en utilisant d&#8217;autres courges, comme la <strong>courge Acorn<\/strong> qui fonctionne tr\u00e8s bien pour \u00eatre farcie. Par ailleurs, le halloumi peut \u00eatre remplac\u00e9 par <strong>du ch\u00e8vre<\/strong>, ce qui rendra le plat d\u00e9licieusement cr\u00e9meux. Le choix des herbes peut lui aussi \u00eatre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9, et vous pouvez par exemple r\u00f4tir la courge avec <strong>du romarin<\/strong> plut\u00f4t que de la sauge. Pour finir, le choix du &#8220;croquant&#8221; \u00e0 la fin peut \u00eatre adapt\u00e9 et vous pouvez ainsi remplacer les noisettes par <strong>des amandes concass\u00e9es ou bien par des
