Elles se caract\u00e9risent par une texture tr\u00e8s fondante et des saveurs aigres-douces.<\/p>\n<p>Dans la version que je vous propose, les aubergines sont r\u00f4ties au four, de telle sorte \u00e0 \u00eatre bien tendres et fondantes. Ces aubergines asiatiques se caract\u00e9risent par leur forme fine et oblongue et leur couleur violette. Puisqu&#8217;elles sont plus fines, elles sont \u00e9galement plus rapides \u00e0 cuire que les aubergines traditionnelles et absorbent les saveurs plus rapidement. R\u00e9sidant \u00e0 Vancouver, o\u00f9 les influences asiatiques sont omnipr\u00e9sentes, j&#8217;ai la chance d&#8217;en trouver facilement dans mon supermarch\u00e9 local, mais le plus souvent il faut regarder du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des march\u00e9s asiatiques pour s&#8217;en procurer.<\/p>\n<p>Si toutefois vous ne trouvez pas d&#8217;aubergines japonaises, pas de panique, cette recette fonctionne \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s bien avec des <strong>aubergines italiennes<\/strong>, celles auxquelles ont est habitu\u00e9s, larges et noires.
