Venez, je vous montre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-qu-est-ce-qu-une-raclette-vegetarienne\">Qu&#8217;est-ce qu&#8217;une raclette v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Contrairement \u00e0 la raclette traditionnelle \u00e0 base de charcuterie, cette version v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne met \u00e0 l&#8217;honneur des pr\u00e9parations de l\u00e9gumes originales, qui vont bien au-del\u00e0 des simples l\u00e9gumes grill\u00e9s sur l&#8217;appareil \u00e0 raclette. Vous pourriez bien s\u00fbr vous contenter de l\u00e9gumes grill\u00e9s sur l&#8217;appareil, mais je vous invite \u00e0 aller plus loin dans la d\u00e9marche, votre raclette n&#8217;en sera que meilleure !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-etape-1-le-choix-du-fromage\">\u00c9tape 1 : Le choix du fromage<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme chacun sait, la raclette d\u00e9signe \u00e0 la fois le fromage et le nom du plat. <strong>Il faut compter environ 200g de fromage \u00e0 raclette par personne.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous pouvez \u00e9galement compl\u00e9ter avec d&#8217;autres fromages, comme le Morbier qui est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s dans une raclette, ou bien encore de l&#8217;Emmental, du Brie, du ch\u00e8vre frais, du Camembert&#8230; les options ne manquent pas !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><strong>Petite astuce :<\/strong> pensez \u00e0 retirer le fromage du r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur au moins 30 minutes avant de servir. Pensez \u00e0 les faire cuire \u00e0 l&#8217;eau ou \u00e0 la vapeur en amont et \u00e0 les garder au chaud jusqu&#8217;au moment de servir la raclette. Vous pouvez aussi les placer sur la partie haute de l&#8217;appareil \u00e0 raclette pour les r\u00e9chauffer l\u00e9g\u00e8rement avant de servir. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement on compte 3 \u00e0 4 pommes de terre par personne, \u00e0 ajuster selon l&#8217;app\u00e9tit des invit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-etape-3-les-legumes-et-leur-preparation\">\u00c9tape 3 : les l\u00e9gumes (et leur pr\u00e9paration)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La raclette \u00e9tant g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un plat d&#8217;hiver ou du moins associ\u00e9 aux mois plus froids de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e, on a tendance \u00e0 la servir avec des ingr\u00e9dients de saison. Or ceux-ci peuvent varier selon la r\u00e9gion du monde o\u00f9 vous vous trouvez, c&#8217;est pourquoi je vous propose ici une liste assez fournie d&#8217;options possibles :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Brocoli r\u00f4ti au cumin.<\/strong> Placez les fleurets de brocoli dans un grand saladier et m\u00e9langez-les avec le cumin (moulu ou en grains), le sel, le poivre et un filet d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive. Transf\u00e9rez-les ensuite sur une plaque de cuisson et faites r\u00f4tir dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 210\u00b0C pendant 20-25 minutes, en remuant une \u00e0 deux fois en cours de cuisson.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Chou-fleur r\u00f4ti au curry.<\/strong> Placez les fleurets de chou-fleur dans un grand saladier et m\u00e9langez-les avec le curry, le sel, le poivre et un filet d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive. Transf\u00e9rez-les ensuite sur une plaque de cuisson et faites r\u00f4tir dans un four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 210\u00b0C pendant 20-25 minutes, en remuant une \u00e0 deux fois en cours de cuisson.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Asperges vertes<\/strong> (lorsqu&#8217;elles sont de saison). Coupez les extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s des tiges des asperges et faites les cuire dans un volume d&#8217;eau bouillante pendant 3 \u00e0 5 minutes, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles soient tout juste tendres mais pas trop molles. Placez-les sur le grill de l&#8217;appareil \u00e0 raclette pendant quelques instants avant de servir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Poivrons<\/strong> (lorsqu&#8217;ils sont de saison, ou occasionnellement). Poivrons rouges, verts, jaunes, allez-y de votre fantaisie. Pour les pr\u00e9parer, rien de plus facile : il vous suffit d&#8217;en retirer la tige et les graines et de les faire griller coup\u00e9s en lamelles sur la partie grill de votre appareil \u00e0 raclette.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Champignons, coup\u00e9s en lamelles.<\/strong> Comme pour les poivrons, il vous suffit de les placer directement sur la partie grill de l&#8217;appareil \u00e0 raclette ou pourquoi pas dans les petites coupelles \u00e0 raclette avec le fromage !<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Petite variation avec des fruits :<\/strong> Une autre combinaison tr\u00e8s sympa consiste \u00e0 associer des poires coup\u00e9es en lamelles avec du Morbier fondu (ou autre bleu au choix) ou du ch\u00e8vre.
