Ne fa\u00eetes pas l&#8217;impasse sur les feuilles de menthe et les graines de grenade pour agr\u00e9menter ce plat, c&#8217;est le petit d\u00e9tail qui fait toute la diff\u00e9rence !<\/p>\n<h2>Les ingr\u00e9dients qu&#8217;il vous faut&#8230;<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>1 courge butternut.<\/strong> Il vous faudra une courge butternut de taille moyenne pour r\u00e9aliser la recette. Sachez toutefois qu&#8217;il est \u00e9galement possible d&#8217;utiliser d&#8217;autres types de courges, comme le potimarron, la courge delicata, etc.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pois chiches.<\/strong> Pour aller plus vite, j&#8217;utilise des pois chiches en bo\u00eetes, rinc\u00e9s et \u00e9goutt\u00e9s. Si vous avez un peu plus de temps devant vous, vous pouvez faire cuire vos pois chiches vous-m\u00eames.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tomates concass\u00e9es<\/strong>, en bo\u00eete. Je recommande l&#8217;utilisation de la p\u00e2te de harissa pour cette recette. Elle peut sembler un peu sophistiqu\u00e9e au premier abord mais vous verrez bient\u00f4t qu&#8217;elle est en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 tr\u00e8s simple \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer, le tout en 3 grandes \u00e9tapes :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Commencez par faire r\u00f4tir la courge avec la harissa.<\/strong> Soyez g\u00e9n\u00e9reux en harissa, c&#8217;est ce qui apportera toute la saveur au plat.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parez la polenta<\/strong>, en suivant les instructions de la recette. N&#8217;oubliez pas de m\u00e9langer r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement pour \u00e9viter que des grumeaux ne se forment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Preparez la sauce tomates aux pois chiches et assemblez le plat.<\/strong> Je me r\u00e9p\u00e8te, mais n&#8217;oubliez pas la grenade et la menthe, le petit plus indispensable \u00e0 la recette.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone simplement varier les plaisirs d&#8217;une fois sur l&#8217;autre, voici quelques variations autour de la recette \u00e0 prendre en compte :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Remplacez la polenta au parmesan par de la <strong>polenta au ch\u00e8vre<\/strong>, en suivant <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/polenta-cremeuse-au-chevre-et-choux-de-bruxelles-au-vinaigre-balsamique\">cette recette<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Remplacez la polenta par du <strong>quinoa<\/strong> ou pourquoi pas par du couscous !<\/li>\n<li>Si vous n&#8217;avez pas de harissa ou avez peur que cela ne soit trop \u00e9pic\u00e9 \u00e0 votre go\u00fbt, remplacez-la par du paprika doux et saupoudrez-en la courge avant de la r\u00f4tir.<\/li>\n<li>Pour varier les plaisirs, r\u00e9alisez la sauce avec des Mettre le four sur position grill et poursuivre la cuisson encore quelques minutes jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la courge commence \u00e0 brunir un peu plus. Surveiller de pr\u00e8s pour \u00e9viter que la courge ne br\u00fble.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-3\">Pendant que la courge r\u00f4tit au four, pr\u00e9parer la polenta. Porter l\u2019eau et le lait \u00e0 \u00e9bullition dans une grande casserole. Verser progressivement la polenta tout en fouettant continuellement. R\u00e9duire le feu au minimum et continuer de fouetter encore une minute. Poursuivre la cuisson pendant 30 minutes, en remuant toutes les 5-10 minutes, pour \u00e9viter que la polenta n\u2019accroche le fond de la casserole. Retirer la polenta du feu lorsqu\u2019elle est cr\u00e9meuse et relativement \u00e9paisse.
