Cette derni\u00e8re option vous gagnera du temps pour les jours press\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Noix de cajou.<\/strong> La sauce romesco traditionnelle est constitu\u00e9e d&#8217;un m\u00e9lange d&#8217;amandes et de noisettes. Ici on les remplace par des noix de cajou. L\u00e0 encore en version express ou si votre blender n&#8217;est pas tr\u00e8s robuste, n&#8217;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 utiliser de la pur\u00e9e de noix de cajou.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Concentr\u00e9 de tomates.<\/strong> Il apporte une petite note sucr\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;ensemble et r\u00e9hausse les saveurs.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ail.<\/strong> Optez pour deux gousses d&#8217;ail de taille moyenne ou une grosse gousse. Utilis\u00e9s des poivrons grill\u00e9s et marin\u00e9s en bo\u00eete<\/strong> pour une version express.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00c9tape N\u00b01 : fa\u00eetes griller les poivrons<\/strong> (Si vous utilisez des poivrons en bo\u00eete, sautez \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tape N\u00b02). Coupez les 4 faces des poivrons, en retirant les graines et les membranes. Placez-les ensuite sur une plaque de cuisson recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9, face coup\u00e9e vers le bas, et enfournez pendant 25 minutes, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la peau noircisse. Retirez-les ensuite du four, transf\u00e9rez-les d\u00e9licatement dans un grand saladier (attention de ne pas vous br\u00fbler) et couvrez d&#8217;une assiette ou un couvercle pour faire suer les poivrons. Laissez-les ainsi pendant environ 10 minutes, puis pelez la peau des poivrons \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un petit couteau. Vous pouvez pr\u00e9parer la sauce jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 5 jours en avance. Pour cela, placez-la simplement dans un bocal herm\u00e9tique en verre et conservez au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur. Au moment de r\u00e9aliser le plat, fa\u00eetes cuire les p\u00e2tes, chauffez la sauce dans une petite casserole puis m\u00e9langez aux p\u00e2tes lorsqu&#8217;elles sont cuites.<\/p>\n<p>Les restes
