D\u00e9licieux ! Riche, moelleux \u00e0 coeur, avec ce petit c\u00f4t\u00e9 rustique que l&#8217;on aime tant, il est r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec des ingr\u00e9dients sains et \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques. On y retrouve <strong>ni beurre, ni sucre rafin\u00e9, ni farine de bl\u00e9, ni oeufs, ni produits laitiers<\/strong>. J&#8217;ai ainsi choisi de remplacer la farine de bl\u00e9 (pauvre sur le plan nutritionnel) par un m\u00e9lange de poudre d&#8217;amande et de farine d&#8217;avoine. Pour cela, il vous suffit de m\u00e9langer 2 cuill\u00e9r\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe de graines de lin moulues avec 6 cuill\u00e9r\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;eau, et de laisser le tout reposer pendant environ 5 minutes, le temps que la texture gonfle et se g\u00e9lifie. Pour une version non vegan, vous pouvez utiliser 2 oeufs \u00e0 la place, cela fonctionne \u00e0 merveille !<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, le sucre raffin\u00e9 est ici absent de la recette. \u00c0 la place, j&#8217;utilise de la compote de pommes non sucr\u00e9e et un peu de sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable. Si vous n&#8217;avez jamais test\u00e9 de desserts sucr\u00e9s naturellement, je vous sugg\u00e8re d&#8217;ajouter un peu plus de sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable (1 \u00e0 2 cuil. \u00e0 soupe suppl\u00e9mentaires), et aussi de badigeonner le g\u00e2teau de sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable juste \u00e0 la sortie du four.<\/p>\n<h2>Pour une version non vegan<\/h2>\n<p>Ce g\u00e2teau vous int\u00e9resse peut \u00eatre car vous \u00eates intol\u00e9rant au gluten mais sans pour autant \u00eatre vegan. Dans ce cas, il est parfaitement possible de remplacer les &#8220;oeufs aux graines de lin&#8221; (\u00e0 savoir un m\u00e9lange de graines de lin moulues et d&#8217;eau, dont l&#8217;effet g\u00e9lifiant remplace celui de l&#8217;oeuf) par 2 oeufs dans cette recette. En voici quelques unes qui figurent parmi mes pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9es :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Remplacez les poires<\/strong> par d&#8217;autres fruits, en jouant avec les saisons. Ce g\u00e2teau fonctionne notamment tr\u00e8s bien avec des pommes, des myrtilles, des m\u00fbres, ou bien encore des p\u00eaches.<\/li>\n<li><b>Jouez avec les \u00e9pices !\u00a0<\/b>La cardamome n&#8217;est pas trop votre truc, ou bien vous avez du mal \u00e0 en trouver ? Remplaccez-la par une cuill\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de cannelle. Ou bien pour une saveur plus neutre, utilisez un splash d&#8217;extrait de vanille tout simplement.<\/li>\n<li><b>Fa\u00eetes-en des muffins !\u00a0<\/b>Cette recette fonctionne parfaitement sous forme de muffins et vous procurera environ 9 muffins. Personnellement, je les pr\u00e9f\u00e8re r\u00e9alis\u00e9s avec 2 oeufs lorsqu&#8217;ils sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9s sous forme de muffins. \u00c0 vous de vous faire votre propre avis !<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"boite_del\">\n<h3>Pas <em>trop<\/em> healthy pour moi, merci !<\/h3>\n<p>Vous \u00eates int\u00e9ress\u00e9 par ce g\u00e2teau aux poires et \u00e0 la cardamome mais n&#8217;avez pas de restriction alimentaire (vegan, sans gluten, diab\u00e8te, autre&#8230;), et ne recherchez pas n\u00e9cessairement un dessert TROP healthy car apr\u00e8s tout un dessert est l\u00e0 pour se faire plaisir ? Qu&#8217;\u00e0 cela ne tienne, voici quelques conseils pour adapter ce g\u00e2teau en version plus classique :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Remplacez la compote de pommes non sucr\u00e9e<\/strong> par du sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable, pour un total de 80 ml, ou bien utilisez 80g de sucre.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ajoutez des p\u00e9pites de chocolat dans le g\u00e2teau. <\/strong>Ou encore mieux (et c&#8217;est ma version pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e), servez-le avec une sauce au chocolat par-dessus. Poires et chocolat, la gourmandise ultime !<\/li>\n<li>Enfin, vous pouvez (si vous n&#8217;\u00eates pas vegan), remplacer les &#8220;oeufs flaxseed&#8221; par <strong>2 oeufs moyens<\/strong> dans la
