Les autres ingr\u00e9dients de la sauce peuvent facilement \u00eatre remplac\u00e9s, le gingembre frais par du gingembre moulu (bien que le frais est incroyablement meilleur).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Riz rond.<\/strong> J&#8217;utilise pour ma part du riz \u00e0 sushi que je m\u00e9lange avec une cuill\u00e9r\u00e9e \u00e0 soupe de vinaigre de riz pour lui donner une petite saveur asiatique. Pour une version plus saine, optez pour du <strong>riz complet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Crudit\u00e9s.<\/strong> Il s&#8217;agit ici de carottes r\u00e2p\u00e9es et de concombre coup\u00e9 en rondelles, auxquels j&#8217;ajoute quelques edamame. Remplacez ensuite les carottes r\u00e2p\u00e9es par de la mangue coup\u00e9e en d\u00e9s, ajouter les rondelles de concombre et d&#8217;edamame comme dans la recette originale, puis agr\u00e9mentez le tout de noix de cajou l\u00e9g\u00e8rement grill\u00e9es.
