Elle n&#8217;en reste pas moins rassasiante et riche sur le plan nutritionnel. C&#8217;est d\u00e9finitivement devenu l&#8217;un de mes repas pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s pour un d\u00e9jeuner en semaine.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients \u00e0 acheter<\/h2>\n<p>Pour vous gagner du temps pendant vos courses, j&#8217;ai organis\u00e9 les ingr\u00e9dients par cat\u00e9gories. Lorsque vous aurez appris \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser ce bowl, amusez-vous \u00e0 y apporter quelques modifications de temps \u00e0 autre (en rempla\u00e7ant par exemple le chou-fleur par des patates douces).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients de longue dur\u00e9e :<\/strong> riz basmati, huile d&#8217;olive, haricots noirs en bo\u00eetes.<\/li>\n<li><b>Fruits et l\u00e9gumes frais :\u00a0<\/b>citron, citron vert, coriandre, chou-fleur, mangue (fra\u00eeche ou surgel\u00e9e), oignons rouges, avocats, piment jalape\u00f1o, ail.<\/li>\n<li><b>\u00c9pices : <\/b>paprika, chili, cumin.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Produits laitiers :<\/strong> yaourt grec. Au moment de pr\u00e9parer le burrito bowl, chacun se sert ensuite des diff\u00e9rents \u00e9l\u00e9ments du burrito dans un seul bol. On obtient ainsi un d\u00e9jeuner rapide, complet et gourmand !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le riz \u00e0 la coriandre et au citron vert.<\/strong> Ce qui peut para\u00eetre ici un peu technique est en fait tout simple \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser. Et pourtant, \u00e7a change tout par rapport au riz basmati nature.<\/p>\n<p><b>Le chou-fleur r\u00f4ti.\u00a0<\/b>C&#8217;est l&#8217;un de mes plats pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s que j&#8217;utilise comme base <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/5-facons-originales-de-cuisiner-le-chou-fleur\/\">de nombreuses recettes<\/a>. Elle consiste simplement \u00e0 m\u00e9langer ensemble de la manque coup\u00e9e en d\u00e9s, de l&#8217;oignon rouge \u00e9minc\u00e9, du jus de citron vert et de la coriandre fra\u00eeche.<\/p>\n<p><b>L&#8217;avocat \u00e9cras\u00e9.\u00a0<\/b>Rien de plus simple, il vous suffit de l&#8217;\u00e9craser \u00e0 la fourchette. Il est aussi possible de le couper en d\u00e9s ou en lamelles.<\/p>\n<p><b>La sauce aux j<\/b><strong>alape\u00f1os.<\/strong> C&#8217;est l&#8217;un des \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s du burrito bowl.
