En suivant ces quelques recommandations, vous pouvez ainsi transformer votre sauce en pesto vegan :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Pour cette version, utilisez des noix de cajou enti\u00e8res et pr\u00e9alablement tremp\u00e9es (plut\u00f4t que de la pur\u00e9e de noix de cajou) et ne mixez pas trop, de telle sorte \u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il reste de la texture.<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez 2 cuill\u00e9r\u00e9es \u00e0 soupe de levure malt\u00e9e, qui remplacera ici le parmesan que l&#8217;on retrouve dans un pesto classique.<\/li>\n<li>Zappez l&#8217;eau !
