Le r\u00e9sultat est \u00e9tonnant, subtilement \u00e9pic\u00e9 et mettra tous vos sens en alerte. Servez ce riz parfum\u00e9 au curcuma comme simple accompagnement ou bien utilisez-le comme base de plats uniques v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens ou pour des salades.<\/p>\n<h2>Les ingr\u00e9dients qu&#8217;il vous faut :<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Riz basmati.<\/strong> Il est important d&#8217;utiliser du riz long, qu&#8217;il s&#8217;agisse de riz basmati ou de riz jasmin.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Gingembre frais.<\/strong> Je recommande l&#8217;utilisation de gingembre frais plut\u00f4t que du gingembre en poudre afin d&#8217;apporter des notes rafra\u00eechissantes et parfum\u00e9es plus prononc\u00e9es.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Curcuma en poudre.<\/strong> \u00c0 l&#8217;inverse, l&#8217;utilisation de curcuma en poudre plut\u00f4t que frais ne pose pas de probl\u00e8me, l&#8217;id\u00e9e \u00e9tant d&#8217;\u00e9picer le riz subtilement. Pr\u00e9parons-le ensemble :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Fa\u00eetes revenir l&#8217;ail, le gingembre et le curcuma dans un peu d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive en remuant souvent pour \u00e9viter que lq mixture n&#8217;accroche au fond. Ne pas oublier de saler.<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutezun volume de riz et 1,5 fois son volume en eau (pas plus).<\/li>\n<li>Portez le tout \u00e0 \u00e9bullition, puis baisser le feu, couvrez et laissez mijoter 15 minutes. Toute l&#8217;eau doit \u00eatre absorb\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>Quelques minutes avant la fin de la cuisson du riz, incorporez les raisins secs pour les r\u00e9hydrater.<\/li>\n<li>Retirez du feu et laissez couvert 5 minutes. Remuez rapidement \u00e0 la fourchette, ajustez l&#8217;assaisonnement, et c&#8217;est pr\u00eat !<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Juste avant de servir, vous pouvez arroser le riz d&#8217;un filet de jus de citron. Utilis\u00e9 comme rem\u00e8de naturel depuis des si\u00e8cles dans la culture indienne et chinoise, le curcuma est en effet reconnu pour ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9 anti-inflammatoires.
