C&#8217;est une recette simple, rapide et facile \u00e0 agr\u00e9menter au gr\u00e9 de ses envies. L&#8217;apparition et la popularit\u00e9 des graines de chia au cours de ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es ont par ailleurs donn\u00e9 naissance \u00e0 un nouveau type de pudding. J&#8217;aime y incorporer <strong>des bananes<\/strong>, riches en potassium, un nutriment essentiel n\u00e9cessaire au bon fonctionnement des cellules. Une autre option consiste \u00e0 utiliser <strong>des fruits rouges<\/strong> (fraises, framboises, myrtilles, etc,). Riches en nutriments et aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9s antioxydantes qui permettent de booster votre syst\u00e8me immunitaire, les fruits rouges sont aussi une excellente source de vitamine C. Je vous garantie que vous ne remarquerez m\u00eame pas le go\u00fbt des l\u00e9gumes car celui-ci est cach\u00e9 par le go\u00fbt des fruits. Quelque soit celui que vous choisirez d&#8217;utiliser, vous y trouverez une bonne dose de prot\u00e9ines et de potassium, contribuant \u00e0 diminuer les risques d&#8217;hypertension art\u00e9rielle et de maladie cardiovasculaire. Ils se conservent facilement au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pour quelques jours (ou plus longtemps au cong\u00e9lateur), sont riches en superaliments pour la plupart d&#8217;entre eux et vous apporteront toute l&#8217;\u00e9nergie dont vous avez besoin pour bien commencer la journ\u00e9e.
