L&#8217;ensemble semble un peu sophistiqu\u00e9 \u00e0 premi\u00e8re vue, mais vous verrez qu&#8217;il n&#8217;en n&#8217;est rien. Non seulement \u00e7a, mais je vous propose en outre quelques alternatives possibles pour adapter la recette selon les ingr\u00e9dients que vous avez sous la main. Mais revenons sur le porridge en lui-m\u00eame dans un premier temps.<\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Comment r\u00e9aliser un porridge maison ?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><strong>Le choix des flocons d&#8217;avoine.<\/strong> Voici un sujet qui concerne davantage les personnes qui vivent en Am\u00e9rique du Nord plut\u00f4t qu&#8217;en France. Aux US et au Canada notamment, on fait ainsi clairement la distinction entre diff\u00e9rents types de flocons d&#8217;avoine selon leur capacit\u00e9 d&#8217;absorption du liquide. Ceux que l&#8217;on appelle &#8220;rolled oats&#8221; et &#8220;quick oats&#8221; sont \u00e0 mon sens ceux que l&#8217;on souhaite privil\u00e9gier pour un porridge, tandis que l&#8217;on exclura ceux que l&#8217;on appelle &#8220;instant oats&#8221; (qui se d\u00e9composent trop rapidement) et &#8220;steel-cut oats&#8221; (qui mettent trop de temps \u00e0 cuire). Si vous r\u00e9sidez en France, optez simplement pour des flocons d&#8217;avoine classiques.<\/p>\n<p><b>Le bon ratio liquide\/flocons d&#8217;avoine.<\/b> Il n&#8217;existe pas de formule id\u00e9ale en ce sens que tous les go\u00fbts sont diff\u00e9rents et certains aimeront leur porridge bien \u00e9pais tandis que d&#8217;autres le pr\u00e9f\u00e8reront plus l\u00e9ger en texture. Pour ma part, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re la deuxi\u00e8me option pour une texture plus riche sur le plan gustationnel. Dans tous les cas, \u00e9vitez d&#8217;utiliser du lait pur, car cela risque de rendre votre porridge trop \u00e9pais voir un peu collant.<\/p>\n<p><b>La cuisson du porridge.\u00a0<\/b>Essayez autant que possible de cuire votre porridge \u00e0 la casserole plut\u00f4t qu&#8217;au micro-ondes, ce n&#8217;est gu\u00e8re plus long et on a un meilleur contr\u00f4le de la texture que l&#8217;on souhaite obtenir. Parmi tant d&#8217;autres, voici quelques bienfaits de ce porridge sur le plan nutritionnel :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Un concentr\u00e9 de fibres. <\/strong>Les flocons d&#8217;avoine ont en effet une teneur en fibres importantes, de m\u00eame que les graines de lin (de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence moulues et moulues au dernier moment pour que l&#8217;organisme en assimile mieux les bienfaits &#8211; j&#8217;utilise pour cela mon petit moulin \u00e0 graines de lin Peugeot que j&#8217;adore).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Un boost de prot\u00e9ines. <\/strong>Elles sont ici apport\u00e9es par la pur\u00e9e de noix de cajou (ou mieux du beurre de cacahu\u00e8te) mais aussi par les flocons d&#8217;avoine eux-m\u00eames.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Un panel de vitamines, min\u00e9raux et antoxydants, <\/strong>provenant \u00e0 la fois des fruits frais et des flocons d&#8217;avoine.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Un apport en sucre mod\u00e9r\u00e9.<\/strong> Ce porridge est sucr\u00e9 tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8rement et avec du sucre naturel. Pas de panique, il est tr\u00e8s facile de l&#8217;adapter en rempla\u00e7ant certains des ingr\u00e9dients. En voici quelques suggestions ci-dessous :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Le choix du lait.<\/strong> Id\u00e9alement, il vous faudra pour moiti\u00e9 eau, moiti\u00e9 lait pour votre recette de porridge. Il peut s&#8217;agir de lait de vache ou bien de lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal (lait d&#8217;amande, de soja, de noix de cajou, etc).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pur\u00e9e de noix de cajou.<\/strong> Elle peut se remplacer par tout autre &#8220;nut butter&#8221; (litt\u00e9ralement beurre d&#8217;ol\u00e9agineux), qu&#8217;il s&#8217;agisse de beurre de cacahu\u00e8te, de pur\u00e9e d&#8217;amande ou encore pur\u00e9e de noisettes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Les fruits.<\/strong> C&#8217;est sans doute le plus simple ici : optez pour les fruits que vous avez sous la main en fonction de la saison.
