Celle que je vous propose aujourd&#8217;hui me suit depuis plus de 17 ans (a\u00efe, \u00e7a ne me rajeunit pas). Griffonn\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9poque sur un bout de papier, elle me rappelle des souvenirs de jeunesse.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingr\u00e9dients pour un fondant au chocolat noir<\/h2>\n<p>Vous avez 5 minutes devant vous et 5 ingr\u00e9dients de base \u00e0 disposition ? N&#8217;attendez plus et lancez-vous dans la r\u00e9alisation de ce fondant ultra facile. Assurez-vous toutefois d&#8217;utiliser du chocolat de haute qualit\u00e9 et avec un fort pourcentage en cacao. Pour cette recette, il vous faut :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Chocolat noir \u00e0 70% de cacao<\/strong> &#8211; je recommande le chocolat Valrhona ou bien du Nestl\u00e9 dessert \u00e0 70% de cacao.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Beurre demi-sel<\/strong> &#8211; ou encore mieux, du beurre avec des cristaux de sel, qui renforcera les notes de chocolat noir. Chaque four \u00e9tant diff\u00e9rent, il se peut qu&#8217;il vous faille un tout petit peu plus de temps ou un tout petit peu moins. Pour vous assurer que vous obtenez le r\u00e9sultat recherch\u00e9, assurez-vous que les bords soient bien pris tandis que le centre est encore tr\u00e8s l\u00e9g\u00e8rement sous-cuit. Et je suis convaincue que vous deviendrez bient\u00f4t \u00e0 votre tour expert de la recette du fondant.<\/p>\n<h2>Un fondant, une fois ?<\/h2>\n<p>Parlons un peu terminologie ici. J&#8217;ai d\u00e9couvert que le fondant au chocolat \u00e9tait finalement une recette vraiment tr\u00e8s fran\u00e7aise et qui n&#8217;avait rien \u00e0 voir avec ce que les Am\u00e9ricains appellent &#8220;chocolate fondant&#8221; qui est en fait pour nous autres fran\u00e7ais un coeur coulant au chocolat. Rien \u00e0 voir me direz-vous, mais il est bon de garder cela en t\u00eate lorsque vous parlez avec vos amis anglophones pour \u00e9viter la confusion. Pour clarifier un peu les choses, je l&#8217;ai appel\u00e9 <em>&#8220;Dark Chocolate Fondant Cake&#8221;<\/em> en anglais.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full
