Une id\u00e9e toute simple \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer qui se d\u00e9cline de mille et une fa\u00e7ons et constitue un plat nourrissant aux saveurs r\u00e9confortantes. De quoi faire varier les plaisir tout au long de la saison.<\/p>\n<h2>Une farce aux saveurs d&#8217;automne<\/h2>\n<p>Pour ma part, c&#8217;est encore une version diff\u00e9rente que je vous propose aujourd&#8217;hui et qui met \u00e0 l&#8217;honneur l&#8217;automne en utilisant des ingr\u00e9dients de saison. Cette recette s&#8217;inspire d&#8217;un des tous nouveaux livres de cuisine que j&#8217;ai acquis r\u00e9cemment, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wellandgood.com\/well-and-good-healthy-cookbook\/\">Well + Good<\/a>, et dans lequel je suis tomb\u00e9e sur une photos de patates douces avec des champignons et des oeufs. Dans un premier temps, notez que les patates douces n&#8217;ont rien \u00e0 voir avec les pommes de terre et sont reconnues pour leurs propri\u00e9t\u00e9s nutritionnelles. <strong>Pauvres en calories<\/strong>, elles sont <strong>un concentr\u00e9 de fibres<\/strong> et une excellente source de b\u00e9ta-carot\u00e8ne, un puissant antioxydant qui donne leur couleur orange \u00e0 certains fruits et l\u00e9gumes et qui est converti en <strong>vitamine A<\/strong> par l&#8217;organisme. Les patates douces sont \u00e9galement riches en vitamines C, B6 et en potassium.<\/p>\n<p>Vous retrouverez par ailleurs dans ce plat un excellent apport en <strong>prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales<\/strong> apport\u00e9es par les pois chiches. Ajoutez-y le chou kale qui booste l&#8217;apport en prot\u00e9ines. Le chou kale, consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un superaliment, contient \u00e9galement une douzaine de vitamines et min\u00e9raux, parmi lesquelles on retrouve le cuivre, le potassium, le magnesium, le zinc ou encore des vitamines du groupe B et de l&#8217;acide folique.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-35422\" src=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Chickpea-Stuffed-Sweet-Potatoes_1.jpg\" alt=\"Ces patates douces farcies aux pois chiches, chou kale et champignons constituent un plat v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien sain et complet pour le diner.
