Au vu de mon mode de vie fl\u00e9xitarien visant \u00e0 r\u00e9duire autant que possible ma consommation de viande au profit d&#8217;une alimentation v\u00e9g\u00e9tarienne, j&#8217;avoue avoir un petit faible pour les chilis v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien. Il y a quelques temps, j&#8217;ai d&#8217;ailleurs partag\u00e9 ma recette de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/chili-vegan-au-quinoa-sans-gluten\">chili vegan au quinoa<\/a>, un plat complet et riche en prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales. Il y a quelques temps de cela, j&#8217;ai justement choisi de r\u00e9aliser ce plat pour ma famille en visite de France, sachant qu&#8217;il plairait aussi bien aux petits qu&#8217;aux adultes. N&#8217;ayant pas de chou-fleur, j&#8217;ai alors remplac\u00e9 celui-ci par des d\u00e9s de patates douces r\u00f4ties. Le r\u00e9sultat a plu \u00e0 tout le monde, et chacun s&#8217;est empress\u00e9 de se resservir, pour mon plus grand plaisir. Conclusion : les patates douces sont un ajout d\u00e9licieux \u00e0 vos petits plats mijot\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h2>Un chili healthy vegan aux patates douces<\/h2>\n<p>Cette fois-ci, j&#8217;ai adapt\u00e9 ma recette pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e de chili vegan, en utilisant des haricots noirs uniquement plut\u00f4t qu&#8217;un mix entre haricots rouges et haricots noirs, et j&#8217;ai surtout ajout\u00e9 mon petit twist en ajoutant, vous l&#8217;aurez devin\u00e9, des <strong>patates douces<\/strong> ! On se retrouve alors avec un chili complet, nourissant et riche sur le plan nutritionnel :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Riche en fibres, vitamines et min\u00e9raux &#8211;<\/strong> Les patates douces et les haricots noirs sont riches en fibres et contiennent de nombreux min\u00e9raux essentiels. On retrouve bien s\u00fbr aussi des fibres dans les oignons et le poivron rouge. Les patates douces sont en outre riches en vitamine A et C, ainsi qu&#8217;en b\u00eata carot\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sans gluten &#8211;<\/strong> Comme pour la plupart des chilis, v\u00e9g\u00e9tariens ou non, vous ne retrouverez pas de gluten dans cette recette, qui en fait un plat id\u00e9al pour toutes les personnes \u00e9tant intol\u00e9rantes ou allergiques au gluten.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Une excellente source de prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales &#8211;<\/strong> Les haricots noirs sont une excellente source de prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales. Une portion de haricots noirs repr\u00e9sente ainsi pas moins de 15g de prot\u00e9ines.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Un plat vegan complet et nourrissant &#8211;<\/strong> Je vous promets que la viande ne vous manquera pas dans ce chili. Une fois que vous avez tous vos l\u00e9gumes de coup\u00e9s, la r\u00e9alisation du chili est extr\u00eamement rapide. Il vous suffit de faire sauter les oignons et poivrons rouges avec un peu d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive. Ajoutez ensuite l&#8217;ail, les \u00e9pices, et laisser sauter encore quelques instants avant d&#8217;ajouter le concentr\u00e9 de tomates, les haricots noirs et les tomates concass\u00e9es. Notez que j&#8217;utilise ici des haricots noirs et tomates concass\u00e9es en bo\u00eete afin d&#8217;aller plus vite dans la r\u00e9alisation de la recette. Sentez-vous libres d&#8217;utiliser des haricots noirs secs et de les cuire par vous-m\u00eame. Vous pouvez aussi utiliser des tomates fra\u00eeches, mais il vous faudra dans ce cas ajuster l\u00e9g\u00e8rement la quantit\u00e9 de concentr\u00e9 de tomates pour apporter de l&#8217;onctuosit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;ensemble.<\/p>\n<p>Versez ensuite l&#8217;eau, puis glissez un b\u00e2ton de cannelle dans le chili, en laissant le tout mijoter pendant environ une demie heure, le temps que le chili \u00e9paississe et prenne une couleur plus sombre, tout en d\u00e9veloppant ses ar\u00f4mes. Il est bien s\u00fbr toujours possible d&#8217;ajouter un peu d&#8217;eau si le chili devient un peu trop \u00e9pais. l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9es sur toutes leurs faces tout en \u00e9tant tendres \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-4\">Pendant ce temps, faire chauffer 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;huile dans un fait-tout ou une grande casserole sur feu moyen. Y jeter l&#8217;oignon et le poivron rouge et faire sauter pendant quelques minutes. Ajouter l&#8217;ail et faire sauter encore deux-trois minutes, puis verser les \u00e9pices et le concentr\u00e9 de tomates.\u00a0 Bien m\u00e9langer, puis verser les haricots noirs, les tomates concass\u00e9es, l&#8217;eau et le b\u00e2ton de cannelle. Laisser mijoter sur feu doux pendant 25-30 minutes, le temps que le chili \u00e9paississe et prenne une couleur rouge-bordeaux intense et commen\u00e7ant \u00e0 caram\u00e9liser un peu.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-5\">Incorporer les d\u00e9s de patates douces r\u00f4tis, en en gardant quelques uns pour servir par-dessus le chili.
