Le temps est venu de me rendre \u00e0 l’\u00e9vidence. Ici chez Del’s cooking twist, il y a plus de travail \u00e0 fournir qu’il n’y a d’heures en une seule journ\u00e9e. \u00catre blogueur implique d’avoir plusieurs casquettes en m\u00eame temps et j’ai besoin d’aide sur la partie r\u00e9seaux sociaux afin de pouvoir me recentrer sur l’essence m\u00eame de ce blog : la cr\u00e9ation en cuisine et la photo culinaire (pour vous donner envie avec les yeux !).<\/p>\n

Le poste recherch\u00e9 est en anglais<\/strong>, c’est pourquoi j’ai conserv\u00e9 l’offre en une seule langue ci-dessous. Social Media Specialist or Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n

Job Description<\/h5>\n

We are looking for a social media specialist to lead the social media strategy planning and scheduling. This includes Facebook page and group, Pinterest, and Instagram.<\/p>\n

If you\u2019re interested in learning the ins and outs of running a food blog as a business and being part of this fast-paced food blogging world, this position is for you.<\/p>\n

Our ideal candidate has excellent social media skills and feel comfortable with the use of graphic tools. The candidate has excellent English writing skills, and ideally some notions of French. Ultimately, the candidate should have the potential to quickly grow with various other hats in the digital world (SEO, newsletters, etc.).<\/p>\n

This is a part-time basis position, starting with 8-15 hours a week. Position will be remote, potentially with new hire living in the Chicago area, with occasional meetings downtown.<\/p>\n

Core Responsibilities<\/h5>\n
    \n
  • Manage defined social media accounts, including scheduling, develop and execute content calendars specific to social media.<\/li>\n
  • Create engaging and stunning social media graphics and templates.<\/li>\n
  • Set and meet ambitious growth-related goals for Del\u2019s cooking twist.<\/li>\n
  • Continually research social media best practices and growth strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Required Qualifications<\/h5>\n
      \n
    • 2+ years digital marketing and\/or social media experience in a creative team.<\/li>\n
    • Excellent writing skills in English. A plus if the person is bilingual in French.<\/li>\n
    • Entrepreneurial skills, upbeat and outgoing, tech savvy, fast learner.<\/li>\n
    • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n
    • Creative thinker who can brainstorm innovative ideas with a focus on editorial storytelling and consumer engagement.<\/li>\n
    • A highly developed interest in food, food trends, and food bogging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      Bonuses<\/h5>\n

      • Knowledge of Google Analytics and SEO.<\/li>\n
      • Experience with email marketing (MailChimp or Convert Kit).<\/li>\n
