C&#8217;est le plat sain id\u00e9al des jours de flemme o\u00f9 la chaleur nous garde bien loin des fourneaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme vous le savez peut \u00eatre, j&#8217;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/cet-ete-on-prend-le-temps-de-se-ressourcer\/\">prendre le temps de me ressourcer cet \u00e9t\u00e9<\/a> &#8211; j&#8217;en ai bien besoin. Concr\u00e8tement, cela revient \u00e0 ralentir le rythme de publication sur le blog, me permettant avec ce temps &#8220;libre&#8221; de me focaliser sur la mise \u00e0 jour de contenu existant et de me reposer lorsque j&#8217;en ressens le besoin. Je vous dirais bien aussi que je serai moins pr\u00e9sente en cuisine, mais pour \u00eatre parfaitement honn\u00eate, je ne suis pas s\u00fbre d&#8217;y arriver. Pour moi, cela revient \u00e0 dire de pr\u00e9parer un plat maison, avec des ingr\u00e9dients sains, naturels et de saison. Heureusement pour nous, l&#8217;\u00e9t\u00e9 est la saison la plus g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse en termes de fruits et l\u00e9gumes. Profitons-en !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-qu-est-ce-que-vous-retrouvez-dans-cette-salade-de-quinoa\">Qu&#8217;est-ce que vous retrouvez dans cette salade de quinoa ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La recette que je vous propose aujourd&#8217;hui est le fruit de mon imagination, lorsqu&#8217;en pleine balade \u00e0 v\u00e9lo, mon esprit s&#8217;est mis \u00e0 vagabonder autour des recettes estivales que j&#8217;aimerais tester (et surtout manger). J&#8217;aime par-dessus tout l&#8217;id\u00e9e de jouer avec les couleurs et les saveurs, avec toujours ce petit faible d&#8217;associer le sucr\u00e9 et le sal\u00e9. Ajoutez \u00e0 l&#8217;ensemble une onctueuse sauce \u00e0 l&#8217;avocat et au basilic et le tour est jou\u00e9 !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cette-salade-de-quinoa-est-elle-healthy\">Cette salade de quinoa est-elle &#8220;healthy&#8221; ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>OUI ! Le quinoa est en soi un ingr\u00e9dient tr\u00e8s riche sur le plan nutritionnel, avec une forte teneur en fibres. Garanti sans gluten, c&#8217;est aussi une excellente source de prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales. Pensez-bien \u00e0 le rincer avant de le faire cuire toutefois, car il peut \u00eatre difficile \u00e0 dig\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour ce qui est des autres ingr\u00e9dients de cette salade, ils piochent dans toutes les cat\u00e9gories, faisant de cette salade un plat relativement complet. Les framboises sont riches en antioxydants comme la vitamine C. Les amandes ont \u00e9galement des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s antioxydantes et fournissent un apport int\u00e9ressant en vitamine E, en fibres et en magnesium. Ici, vous y retrouvez essentiellement de l&#8217;avocat et de l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, chacun des deux \u00e9tant une excellente source d&#8217;acides gras mono-insatur\u00e9s (ceux qui sont responsables du &#8220;bon&#8221; cholest\u00e9rol).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-et-si-on-s-amusait-a-changer-quelques-ingredients\">Et si on s&#8217;amusait \u00e0 changer quelques ingr\u00e9dients ?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La magie de cette salade de quinoa repose sur le fait que c&#8217;est une recette extr\u00eamement versatile. Laissez libre cours \u00e0 votre cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 pour adapter tout ou partie de la recette comme bon vous semble, en fonction de vos go\u00fbts ou des ingr\u00e9dients que vous avez sous la main. Voici quelques suggestions pour vous guider :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Framboises :<\/strong> on peut les remplacer par des fraises, des m\u00fbres, des myrtilles&#8230;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Feta :<\/strong> utilisez du ch\u00e8vre frais, des billes de mozzarella ou encore pour les plus audacieux, du bleu&#8230;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Amandes :<\/strong> on peut les remplacer par de nombreuses noix et graines au choix, telles que des noisettes, des noix de cajou, des noix de p\u00e9can, des pistaches, des graines de courge&#8230;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Basilic :<\/strong> amusez vos papilles en utilisant d&#8217;autres herbes aromatiques. Les pois chiches sont sans doute l&#8217;option qui marche le mieux dans cette recette, mais on peut aussi songer aux haricots noirs, aux edamame ou encore tout simplement au tofu, marin\u00e9 ou couvrir, puis baisser \u00e0 feu doux et poursuivre la cuisson pendant 15 minutes. Retirer du feu et \u00e9craser rapidement le quinoa avec une fourchette pour le faire gonfler. Couvrir et laisser reposer 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-2\">Verser le quinoa dans un saladier. Ajouter l&#8217;avocat, les framboises, l&#8217;oignon rouge, la feta, les amandes effil\u00e9es et les feuilles de basilic.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Pour le dressing \u00e0 l&#8217;avocat :<\/h4>\n<ol class=\"is-style-circles\">\n<li id=\"instruction-step-3\">Placer tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans un blender : feuilles de basilic, huile d&#8217;olive, jus de citron avocat, sel et poivre. Mixer le tout, en ajustant la quantit\u00e9 de liquides (eau et\/ou huile) en fonction de la consistence souhait\u00e9e.
