Les aubergines comptent parmi mes l\u00e9gumes d&#8217;\u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s. C&#8217;est un plat tr\u00e8s simple \u00e0 assembler, r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec juste une poign\u00e9e d&#8217;ingr\u00e9dients. En 30 minutes, vous avez un plat complet et nourrissant.<\/p>\n<h2>Comment faire r\u00f4tir vos aubergines ?<\/h2>\n<p>C&#8217;est la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape de la recette et \u00e9tape cl\u00e9 dans sa r\u00e9ussite. Vous ne voulez pas d&#8217;une aubergine \u00e0 peine cuite et encore caoutchouteuse, ou \u00e0 l&#8217;inverse trop cuite et presque grill\u00e9e. Non, ce que l&#8217;on recheche ici est une texture douce et tendre qui fond en bouche. Cela peut para\u00eetre un d\u00e9tail mais aide \u00e0 ce que l&#8217;aubergine se tienne d&#8217;un seul tenant durant la cuisson. Ensuite, dessinez un quadrillage au couteau dans la chair, en veillant \u00e0 ne pas transpercer la peau. Maintenant, l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive est l&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9. Vous allez ainsi badigeonner g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement vos aubergines d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, en \u00e9cartant un peu au besoin le quadrillage pour que la chair s&#8217;impreigne bien de l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive. N&#8217;oubliez pas de saler et de poivrer.<\/p>\n<p>Placez ensuite chaque moiti\u00e9 d&#8217;aubergine sur une plaque de cuisson, face vers le bas et fa\u00eetes r\u00f4tir jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la chair soit parfaitement tendre. Je recommande 30 minutes, mais le temps peut varier selon la taille des aubergines et selon le four utilis\u00e9, donc mieux vaut v\u00e9rifier. Si vous ne l&#8217;avez pas test\u00e9e, courez voir la recette car c&#8217;en est ind\u00e9cent de gourmandise. Vous en oublierez m\u00eame qu&#8217;elle est r\u00e9alis\u00e9e sans viande. Cette fois-ci, pas de lentilles mais du quinoa, bien que j&#8217;ai conserv\u00e9 l&#8217;id\u00e9e des noix et champignons mix\u00e9s ensemble en remplacement de la viande h\u00e2ch\u00e9e. J&#8217;y ajoute ici ma &#8220;viande&#8221; de noix et champignons, un peu de concentr\u00e9 de tomates, des \u00e9pices, et le tour est jou\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pour rendre le plat encore plus complet, amusez-vous \u00e0 ajouter \u00e0 la farce d&#8217;autres l\u00e9gumes de votre choix selon ce que vous avez sous la main. Des tomates coup\u00e9es en d\u00e9s, des oignons \u00e9minc\u00e9s finement, de la courgette r\u00e2p\u00e9e ou coup\u00e9e en petits d\u00e9s&#8230; les possibilit\u00e9s sont infinies. L&#8217;ensemble apporte de la fra\u00eecheur au plat ainsi qu&#8217;un contraste de texture int\u00e9ressant avec une certaine onctuosit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez remplacer la menthe par du basilic ou de la coriandre fra\u00eeche. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/cauliflower-steaks-with-harissa-tahini-sauce\/\">celle-ci<\/a> avec de la harissa si vous voulez apporter une petite touche relev\u00e9e \u00e0 votre
