L&#8217;id\u00e9e m\u00eame de cette p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner me renvoie \u00e0 plusieurs ann\u00e9es en arri\u00e8re, lorsque je vivais encore dans le 5\u00e8me arrondissement de Paris et que j&#8217;allais de temps \u00e0 autre prendre un petit d\u00e9jeuner ou brunch du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de La Salle \u00c0 Manger en bas de la rue Mouffetard.<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e0-bas, on vous sert une corbeille de petits pains en tous genres avec un set de p\u00e2tes \u00e0 tartiner toutes diff\u00e9rentes les unes des autres : au chocolat noir, chocolat au lait, au chocolat blanc&#8230; Si comme moi vous \u00eates un inconditionnel des p\u00e2tes \u00e0 tartiner maison, croyez-moi vous \u00eates alors au paradis ! Remplacez-la par une huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale de votre choix, neutre en go\u00fbt.<\/strong> L&#8217;huile de colza ou de tournesol par exemple fonctionneront tr\u00e8s bien. \u00c9vitez en revanche l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, trop am\u00e8re, qui alt\u00e8rera la saveur de votre p\u00e2te \u00e0 tartiner.<\/p>\n<p>Pour <strong>les noix de cajou, choisissez-les nature<\/strong>s plut\u00f4t que grill\u00e9es, et dans tous les cas assurez-vous bien qu&#8217;elles ne sont pas sal\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, notez qu&#8217;il n&#8217;y a <strong>pas de sucre ajout\u00e9<\/strong> dans cette recette. Attention toutefois, cela n&#8217;en fait en aucun cas une petite douceur sans sucre mais <strong>le chocolat blanc \u00e9tant tr\u00e8s sucr\u00e9 naturellement<\/strong>, je ne trouve pas ici le besoin d&#8217;ajouter davantage de sucre \u00e0 la recette. Si vraiment vous \u00eates tr\u00e8s bec sucr\u00e9, vous pouvez bien s\u00fbr ajouter une ou deux cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable par exemple.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-33152\" src=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/White-Chocolate-Cashew-Spread_2.jpg\" alt=\"White Chocolate Cashew Spread\" width=\"700\" height=\"990\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/White-Chocolate-Cashew-Spread_2.jpg 700w, https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/White-Chocolate-Cashew-Spread_2-212x300.jpg 212w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 740px) calc(100vw - 40px), 700px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Une fois les ingr\u00e9dients s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s, tout ce qu&#8217;il vous faut c&#8217;est un bon robot mixeur ou h\u00e2choir pour r\u00e9ussir la recette et \u00eatre s\u00fbr d&#8217;obtenir une texture riche, \u00e9paisse et onctueuse, le tout sans effort. \u00c0 l&#8217;inverse des noisettes et amandes, les noix de cajou sont plus tendres et donc plus facile \u00e0 moudre sans que votre mixeur ne soit en surchauffe.<\/p>\n<p>Si votre mixeur est assez fragile ou en fin de vie, voici une petite astuce : fa\u00eetes tremper vos noix de cajou pendant quelques heures ou toute une nuit pour vous assurer qu&#8217;elles seront bien tendres et faciles \u00e0 mixer. Sachant que le chocolat blanc n&#8217;est pas vegan en soi, deux options s&#8217;offrent alors \u00e0 vous. Vous pouvez utiliser du chocolat blanc sans lait (bien v\u00e9rifier que la liste des autres ingr\u00e9dients est \u00e9galement vegan), ou bien r\u00e9aliser votre chocolat blanc maison.<\/p>\n<p>Je n&#8217;ai moi m\u00eame jamais test\u00e9 cette derni\u00e8re option qui consiste en du beurre de cacao principalement, auquel on ajoute quelques ingr\u00e9dients suppl\u00e9mentaires.
