En plus de leur pouvoir naturellement colorant, les betteraves sont aussi tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressantes sur le plan nutritionnel, \u00e9tant une bonne source de fibres et d&#8217;acide folique, laquelle est essentielle au renouvellement cellulaire. Notez par ailleurs que les pois chiches qui constituent ce houmous sont quant-\u00e0 eux une excellente source de prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales.<\/p>\n<p>Ce houmous de betterave maison est constitu\u00e9 de 6 ingr\u00e9dients seulement (pois chiches, betteraves cuites, tahini, huile d&#8217;olive, jus de citron et a\u00efl) et ne vous prendra que deux minutes \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer. Il vous suffit de placer tous les ingr\u00e9dients dans un hacho\u00eer et de mixer le tout jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;obtention d&#8217;un m\u00e9lange relativement lisse et homog\u00e8ne (avec \u00e9ventuellement un peu de texture). Go\u00fbtez, ajustez l&#8217;assaisonnement avec un peu de cumin, fleur de sel et poivre du moulin, et c&#8217;est pr\u00eat. Je vous partage ici mes trucs et astuces pour r\u00e9ussir vos tartines \u00e0 chaque fois.<\/p>\n<h2>Comment faire une bonne tartine \u00e0 l&#8217;avocat <em>(avocado toast)<\/em> ?<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Choisissez bien vos avocats. <\/strong>Ils doivent \u00eatre m\u00fbrs mais pas trop mous non plus. Recherchez une l\u00e9g\u00e8re pression du bout des doigts avec une texture encore ferme dans l&#8217;ensemble.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Optez pour du bon pain.<\/strong> La plupart du temps d\u00e9sormais, je pr\u00e9pare mon propre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/2018\/03\/26\/easy-classic-no-knead-bread\/\">pain cocotte sans p\u00e9trissage (recette facile)<\/a>. Je l&#8217;aime notamment lorsqu&#8217;il est encore tout chaud et croustillant, et adore le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/2018\/03\/31\/no-knead-bread-5-ways\/\">d\u00e9cliner en de multiples versions<\/a>. Lorsque je ne fais pas mon pain cocotte, j&#8217;adore utiliser du pain noir aux graines pour mes toasts \u00e0 l&#8217;avocat en le faisant griller l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Donnez du peps \u00e0 vos avocats.<\/strong> J&#8217;ai r\u00e9cemment partag\u00e9 mes trucs et astuces pour r\u00e9ussir l&#8217;avocado toast mieux que personne. Le sercet r\u00e9side dans l&#8217;assaisonnement et le choix des \u00e9pices et condiments.
