Ils font pourtant partie de mon quotidien et \u00e0 l&#8217;exception parfois du week-end o\u00f9 je c\u00e8de la place au brunch, il n&#8217;y a pas une seule journ\u00e9e qui commence sans un bon petit d\u00e9jeuner pour m&#8217;apporter toute l&#8217;\u00e9nergie n\u00e9cessaire aussi bien physique que mentale. Il para\u00eet que c&#8217;est le repas qu&#8217;il ne faut pas manquer et je dois dire que \u00e7a m&#8217;arrange parce que moi, le petit d\u00e9jeuner j&#8217;adore \u00e7a !<\/p>\n<p>C&#8217;est d&#8217;ailleurs cette seule id\u00e9e du petit d\u00e9jeuner qui me pousse \u00e0 sortir du lit chaque matin. Durant la semaine, j&#8217;aime que mes petits d\u00e9jeuners soient faciles et rapides \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer, tout en \u00e9tant sains, nourrissants et complets. Ils varient en fonction de mon humeur du jour, de mes envies, et bien s\u00fbr du temps dont je dispose. Depuis, j&#8217;ai eu l&#8217;occasion de d\u00e9cliner mes chia puddings de mille et une fa\u00e7ons selon les occasions et notamment dans le cadre de mes \u00e9v\u00e9nements yoga-breakfast. Le chia pudding a cet avantage de ne pas avoir trop de go\u00fbt au naturel, ce qui en fait une recette tr\u00e8s facile \u00e0 agr\u00e9menter des ingr\u00e9dients que l&#8217;on aime ou de saison tout simplement. Aujourd&#8217;hui, j&#8217;ai choisi de faire honneur \u00e0 la rhubarbe et \u00e0 la fraises.<\/p>\n<h2>Comment pr\u00e9pare-t-on du chia pudding?<\/h2>\n<p>Le chia pudding est une recette simple et basique , r\u00e9alis\u00e9e avec deux ingr\u00e9dients seulement. Ajoutez \u00e0 cela un peu de magie, et le tour est jou\u00e9. Mais alors comment \u00e7a marche ? Tout repose sur le bon ration entre graines de chia et le liquide. Les graines de chia peuvent ainsi absorber jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 9 fois leur poids en liquide. Pour cette recette, j&#8217;utilise 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de graines de chia que je m\u00e9lange dans 240 ml de liquide (de lait en l&#8217;occurrence).<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez choisir le lait de votre choix en fonction de vos go\u00fbts et de vos possibles restrictions alimentaires, allant du lait animal \u00e0 tout type de lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal (amandes, noix de cajou, etc.). Pour ma part, mon pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 demeure le lait de coco entier et non sucr\u00e9. Aussi je recommande autant que possible de le pr\u00e9parer la veille au soir (cela ne prend qu&#8217;une minute) et de le laisser reposer toute une nuit pour \u00eatre s\u00fbr qu&#8217;il \u00e9paississe bien et soit cr\u00e9meux \u00e0 souhait.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Petite astuce :<\/strong> Vous n&#8217;aimez ni les graines de chia ni le tapioca ? Essayez cette la compot\u00e9e fraises-rhubarbe avec du riz au lait !<\/p>\n<h2>Bienfaits nutritionnels et impact environnemental des graines de chia<\/h2>\n<p>Le pudding aux graines de chia est en effet connu avant tout pour son aspect nutritionnel, \u00e9tant une excellente source de fibres, de prot\u00e9ines et d&#8217;acides gras insatur\u00e9s (les &#8220;bons&#8221; gras), tout en \u00e9tant relativement pauvre en glucides et tr\u00e8s nourrissant.\u00a0 Il est \u00e9galement naturellement sans gluten et est le plus souvent vegan\/sans lactose lorsque r\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec du lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal.<\/p>\n<p>Cependant, et comme pour tout superaliment, il est important de prendre en compte l&#8217;aspect environnemental des graines de chia.
