C&#8217;est facile et cela fonctionne \u00e0 tous les coups (qui n&#8217;aime pas les pancakes ?). Seulement voil\u00e0, pr\u00e9parer des pancakes se fait \u00e0 la derni\u00e8re minute et on les fait souvent une par une, ce qui fait que celui qui est en charge rate une partie de ce qui se passe \u00e0 table. Un peu frustrant lorsqu&#8217;on a juste envie de se poser et de profiter du moment entre amis.<\/p>\n<p>C&#8217;est d&#8217;ailleurs pourquoi de plus en plus je r\u00e9alise du pain perdu au four lorsque j&#8217;attends des invit\u00e9s pour le brunch. Une id\u00e9e facile, rapide et tr\u00e8s pratique. Il suffit de mettre la brioche coup\u00e9e en morceaux dans un plat, d&#8217;y ajouter le m\u00e9lange lait-oeufs puis d&#8217;enfourner le tout. Certaines recettes de pain perdu au four vous conseillent de laisser le pain mac\u00e9rer dans le m\u00e9lange oeufs-lait pendant toute une nuit avant de le faire cuire, d&#8217;autres non.<\/p>\n<p>La v\u00e9rit\u00e9 c&#8217;est que les deux sont possibles et tout d\u00e9pend en fait du pain que l&#8217;on utilise. Si vous r\u00e9alisez votre pain perdu \u00e0 partir de pain rassi, vous avez l\u00e0 une texture \u00e9paisse, croustillante et difficile \u00e0 s&#8217;imbiber du m\u00e9lange cr\u00e9meux, ce qui n\u00e9cessitera un temps de mac\u00e9rage plus long. Si en revanche vous utilisez du pain de mie , la texture sera beaucoup plus douce, d\u00e9licate et poreuse, absorbant la cr\u00e8me beaucoup plus rapidement. Pour acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer encore le processus, je le d\u00e9coupe en petits morceaux. C&#8217;est une habitude que j&#8217;ai prise pour toutes mes versions de pain perdu, les trouvant ainsi beaucoup plus douces, riches et terriblement irresistibles. Cependant, la brioche \u00e9tant naturellement sucr\u00e9e, n&#8217;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 diminuer voir supprimer la quantit\u00e9 de sucre du m\u00e9lange cr\u00e9meux (comme je le fais la plupart du temps, <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/3xQsrv7GkAI\">cf. vid\u00e9o<\/a>). Pour ceux qui auraient peur de manquer de sucre, souvenez-vous que vous r\u00e9hausserez votre pain perdu du crumble sucre-cannelle et l&#8217;accompagnerez de sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable.<\/p>\n<p>Servez avec des fruits rouges frais, une compot\u00e9e de fruits rouges, ou bien arrosez simplement d&#8217;un filet de sirop d&#8217;\u00e9rable. Y ajouter la brioche coup\u00e9e en morceaux et remuer d\u00e9licatement avec une cuill\u00e8re en bois pour afin de bien imbiber le pain du m\u00e9lange.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-4\">Laisser mac\u00e9rer pendant 10 minutes, m\u00e9langer de nouveau, puis r\u00e9partir le tout dans le moule beurr\u00e9. R\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Pour le crumble sucre-cannelle :<\/h4>\n<ol class=\"is-style-circles\">\n<li id=\"instruction-step-5\">Dans un bol m\u00e9langer ensemble le sucre brun, la farine et la cannelle.
