Certains d&#8217;entre vous se souviennent peut \u00eatre du\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/2018\/12\/04\/mango-chutney\/\">chutney de mangue<\/a>\u00a0que j&#8217;ai partag\u00e9 avec vous le mois dernier. Je vous avais alors annonc\u00e9 que deux nouvelles recettes utilisant le chutney de mangue comme ingr\u00e9dient principal allaient bient\u00f4t voir le jour. La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tait mon <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/2018\/12\/11\/mango-chutney-and-goat-cheese-brioche-french-toast\/\">pain perdu brioch\u00e9 au ch\u00e8vre frais et chutney de mangue<\/a>, une recette qui fonctionne aussi bien pour un brunch que pour une entr\u00e9e \u00e9l\u00e9gante et sophistiqu\u00e9e pour un menu de f\u00eates. Mais alors, me direz-vous, pourquoi renouveler l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience ? Tout simplement parce que l&#8217;une et l&#8217;autre sont tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rentes bien que toutes deux d\u00e9licieuses. Je serais d&#8217;ailleurs bien incapable de vous dire laquelle des deux est ma pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e. Dans ma pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente version, la mangue \u00e9tait utilis\u00e9e fra\u00eeche et mix\u00e9e avec d&#8217;autres ingr\u00e9dients tandis que dans la nouvelle version, elle est pr\u00e9alablement pr\u00e9par\u00e9e en chutney, ce qui apporte des saveurs aigre-douces \u00e0 l&#8217;ensemble du plat.<\/p>\n<p>Utilisez de pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence du chutney de mangue maison plut\u00f4t que du chutney tout pr\u00eat et pr\u00e9parez-le id\u00e9alement en avance, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 un ou deux jours avant de r\u00e9aliser le curry si possible. Cela permettra aux ar\u00f4mes du chutney de se d\u00e9velopper et de parfumer le curry encore un peu plus. De mani\u00e8re g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, le chutney de mangue convient \u00e0 tout type de curry, peut s&#8217;incorporer dans un sandwich, dans des vinaigrettes, et peut servir de dip pour l&#8217;app\u00e9ritif. Vous pouvez m\u00eame en pr\u00e9lever un peu dans un petit bocal en verre pour en faire un joli <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/2018\/12\/19\/5-easy-homemade-edible-gifts-video\/\">cadeau gourmand<\/a>. Sachez enfin que le chutney de mangue se r\u00e9alise en un minimum d&#8217;efforts et d&#8217;ingr\u00e9dients (voir la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/2018\/12\/19\/5-easy-homemade-edible-gifts-video\/\">vid\u00e9o<\/a>), et peut m\u00eame se pr\u00e9parer avec des mangues surgel\u00e9es pr\u00e9alablement coup\u00e9es en cubes, ce qui vous gagnera un peu de temps.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois que votre chutney de mangue est pr\u00eat, le reste de la recette est un jeu d&#8217;enfants. Voyez plut\u00f4t la liste d&#8217;ingr\u00e9dients, tr\u00e8s courte, et jugez par vous m\u00eame. Du tofu (ou toute autre prot\u00e9ine de votre choix ; personnellement j&#8217;aime mon curry vegan mais on peut l&#8217;imaginer avec du poulet ou m\u00eame du saumon), du lait de coco, du curry&#8230; J&#8217;ajoute \u00e0 l&#8217;ensemble un peu de pousses d&#8217;\u00e9pinards, mais vous pouvez parfaitement vous en passer si vous n&#8217;en n&#8217;avez pas sous la main ou bien tout simplement si vous n&#8217;aimez pas trop les \u00e9pinards.
