Et pour le dessert, c&#8217;est le moment de tester la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/2017\/11\/10\/classic-american-pumpkin-pie\/\">vraie pumpkin pie am\u00e9ricaine<\/a>, la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/2015\/11\/22\/best-american-pecan-pie\/\">pecan pie<\/a>, mais aussi la fameuse\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/2016\/09\/13\/american-apple-pie\/\">apple pie<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Pour le moment, focalisons-nous avec la partie sal\u00e9e du repas avec un plat que j&#8217;ai voulu vegan pour changer. Pas de viande, ni d&#8217;oeufs ni de produits laitiers donc. Pour r\u00e9aliser une texture proche de la viande h\u00e2ch\u00e9e, j&#8217;ai ainsi fait revenir des champignons avec des petits oignons dans une cocotte, avant d&#8217;y ajouter des herbes, des \u00e9pices et du vinaigre balsamique, comme on le ferait en th\u00e9orie avec de la viande. Notez que j&#8217;utilise ici du vinaigre balsamique, mais vous pouvez parfaitement le remplacer par du vin rouge si vous le souhaitez. Une fois que le m\u00e9lange est pr\u00eat, j&#8217;y ajoute mon bouillon, porte le tout \u00e0 \u00e9bullition avant de baisser le feu et d&#8217;y plonger les lentilles jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles soient bien cuites. J&#8217;ai opt\u00e9 pour des lentilles vertes du puys mais vous\u00a0 pouvez les remplacer par des lentilles brunes, qui auront en outre l&#8217;avantage d&#8217;avoir une meilleure tenue \u00e0 la cuisson. Au final vous obtenez une garniture riche en saveurs tout en \u00e9tant nettement plus saine que de la viande.<\/p>\n<p>On passe ensuite \u00e0 la r\u00e9alisation de la pur\u00e9e que l&#8217;on \u00e9talera par dessus notre simile-carne de viande. Pour encore plus de saveurs et si vous disposez d&#8217;un peu de temps devant vous, je vous sugg\u00e8re de faire dorer les l\u00e9gumes au four avec un peu d&#8217;huile, et une fois qu&#8217;ils sont bien tendre, les r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e comme vous le feriez normalement. Cela renforcera ainsi la personnalit\u00e9 du plat dans son ensemble.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;assaisonnement a lui aussi un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 et il convient de ne pas le n\u00e9gliger. Pour cela, n&#8217;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 go\u00fbter le m\u00e9lange de lentilles et champignons d&#8217;un c\u00f4t\u00e9, la pur\u00e9e de courges et patates douces de l&#8217;autre, en ajustant les \u00e9pices, les herbes ainsi que l&#8217;assaisonnement basique de sel et de poivre. Servez chaud avec un peu de salade. Y faire sauter les champignons pendant 5 minutes. Ajouter les oignons et cuire jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils soient bien tendre. Incorporer l&#8217;ail, les herbes, les \u00e9pices, saler, poivrer et cuire encore une minute. Ajouter le vinaigre baslamique et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-2\">Verser le bouillon, augmenter le feu \u00e0 vif et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition avant d&#8217;y plonger les lentilles. R\u00e9duire alors le feu \u00e0 moyen-doux et laisser mijoter pendant 20-25 minutes, ou jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que les lentilles soient bien cuites. Ajuster l&#8217;assaisonnement au besoin.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-3\">Dans un petit bol, m\u00e9langer la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs avec l&#8217;eau, puis verser dans les lentilles en remuant sans cesse pendant quelques minutes, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le m\u00e9lange s&#8217;\u00e9paississe. Retirer du feu et r\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Pour la pur\u00e9e de courge et de patates douces :<\/h4>\n<ol class=\"is-style-circles\">\n<li id=\"instruction-step-4\">Placer la courge, les patates douces et les pommes de terre dans un grand volume d&#8217;eau sal\u00e9 et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. R\u00e9duire \u00e0 feu moyen et laisser mijoter jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que les l\u00e9gumes soient bien tendres, environ 20 minutes.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-5\">\u00c9goutter puis r\u00e9duire en pur\u00e9e. Ajouter le lait, l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, le paprika, saler et poivrer. Bien m\u00e9langer et r\u00e9server.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-6\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four \u00e0 200\u00b0C et huiler un plat creux en verre ou en pyrex allant au four.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-7\">Verser la garniture de lentilles dans le fond du plat puis r\u00e9partir la pur\u00e9e de courge et patates douces par dessus en une couche homog\u00e8ne.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-8\">Enfourner pendant 15 \u00e0 20 minutes, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le dessus soit l\u00e9g\u00e8rement dor\u00e9 et la sauce commence \u00e0 bouillonner tout autour.
