Je pensais \u00eatre pr\u00eate, je n&#8217;en suis plus si s\u00fbre&#8230; La bonne nouvelle en revanche reste que les plats d&#8217;automne et d&#8217;hiver sont toujours mes pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s, donc cette saison m&#8217;inspire en cuisine !<\/p>\n<p>Et pour ouvrir la saison, je vous ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 un plat de p\u00e2tes de saison aujourd&#8217;hui. Pr\u00eat en 30 minutes, c&#8217;est un plat parfait pour les soirs de semaines. Ajoutez-y la garniture de champignons saut\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;ail et il devient sophistiqu\u00e9 pour un repas entre amis le week-end \u00e9galement, \u00e0 servir avec un verre de vin blanc sec. Un pesto de noix pour commencer. Avez-vous d\u00e9j\u00e0 entendu parler de cela ? Test\u00e9 d\u00e9j\u00e0 peut \u00eatre ? Quelle que soit votre r\u00e9ponse ici, il vous faut savoir que malgr\u00e9 ses airs un peu techniques, le pesto de noix est un jeu d&#8217;enfant \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser et convient aux plus d\u00e9butants d&#8217;entre vous en cuisine, \u00e9tudiants, ou quiconque ne souhaite pas passer des heures \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer le repas. Avec quelques ingr\u00e9dients et un peu de magie, vous avez de quoi \u00e9pater vos amis !<\/p>\n<p>Des noix, de l&#8217;ail, de l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, quelques herbes aromatiques&#8230; et on mixe le tout. Voil\u00e0 c&#8217;est tout. \u00c9videmment c&#8217;est plus simple si vous disposez d&#8217;un petit robot mixeur ou un hachoir. Pour autant, si vous n&#8217;en avez pas, vous pouvez toujours utiliser un mortier, les noix \u00e9tant tr\u00e8s faciles \u00e0 \u00e9craser en raison de leur aspect friable. Les saveurs les plus simples sont toujours les meilleures.<\/p>\n<p>Une fois que votre pest de noix est pr\u00eat, vous pouvez alors servir vos p\u00e2tes telles qu&#8217;elles, ou bien les rendre un peu plus sophistiqu\u00e9es avec les champignons saut\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;ail. Je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re ici les champignons des bois aux champignons de Paris, aux notes terriennes plus prononc\u00e9es. Pour cette \u00e9tape, il est important de pr\u00e9chauffer la po\u00eale, et une fois chaude d&#8217;y ajouter la mati\u00e8re grasse puis les champignons. Pour sauter les champignons, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re le beurre \u00e0 l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, d&#8217;o\u00f9 le fait que cette recette aurait pu \u00eatre vegan mais ne l&#8217;est pas (bien que tr\u00e8s facilement adaptable). Ce plat s&#8217;accompagnera par ailleurs \u00e0 merveille d&#8217;un vin blanc sec de type riesling. poivre, les noix et le parmesan. Verser lentement l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive et pulser jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que le tout soit bien mix\u00e9 tout en conservant un peu de texture. Go\u00fbter et ajuster l&#8217;assaisonnement.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Pour les p\u00e2tes :<\/h4>\n<ol class=\"is-style-circles\">\n<li id=\"instruction-step-2\">Porter un large volume d&#8217;eau \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Ajouter les p\u00e2tes et les cuire al dente. \u00c9goutter en receuillant un peu d&#8217;eau de cuisson.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-3\">Assouplir le pesto de noix avec une \u00e0 deux cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de l&#8217;eau de cuisson afin d&#8217;obtenir une sauce cr\u00e9meuse. Verser par dessus les p\u00e2tes et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Pour les champignons :<\/h4>\n<ol class=\"is-style-circles\">\n<li id=\"instruction-step-4\">Faire chauffer une grande po\u00eale sur feu vif, puis y faire fondre le beurre et ajouter les champignons. Faire sauter pendant 2 minutes, en remuant souvent. Ajouter l&#8217;ail et cuire 30 secondes suppl\u00e9mentaires. Verser le vin blanc et faire cuire encore une minute, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 \u00e9vaporation.
