J&#8217;esp\u00e8re que vous \u00eates \u00e9galement pr\u00eats \u00e0 faire le plein de recettes de potimarron, courges butternut et toute autre courge de la m\u00eame famille. Pour un minimum d&#8217;effort, je vous recommande d&#8217;utiliser la courge butternut qui a l&#8217;avantage d&#8217;avoir une chair g\u00e9n\u00e9reuse, d&#8217;\u00eatre moins difficile \u00e0 couper et surtout qui ne n\u00e9cessite pas forc\u00e9ment de lui \u00f4ter la peau (une \u00e9tape qui est toujours un peu fastidieuse). En fonction de leur taille et de votre app\u00e9tit, je conseille g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de compter une moiti\u00e9 de courge pour une ou deux personnes. Sachez que vous aurez ici plus de farce que n\u00e9cessaire et pouvez parfaitement doubler la quantit\u00e9 de courge si vous le souhaitez.<\/p>\n<p>Cela faisait un bon moment que je souhaitais partager une recette de courge farcie sur le blog. Cela constitue un plat g\u00e9n\u00e9reux, sain et rassasiant, tout en \u00e9tant original et relativement accessible, quel que soit votre niveau en cuisine. Il s&#8217;agit donc dans un premier temps de r\u00f4tir la courge au four. Afin de faciliter la cuisson, j&#8217;aime dessiner quelques entailles en forme de croisillons \u00e0 l&#8217;aide d&#8217;un petit couteau aiguis\u00e9, avant d&#8217;enduire la courge d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive. L&#8217;assaisonnement est quant-\u00e0 lui des plus basiques, sans \u00e9pices autres que du sel, du poivre et un peu de moutarde et de vinaigre de cidre.<\/p>\n<p>Libre \u00e0 vous de vous servir de cette farce comme une base avant de vous en \u00e9manciper et d&#8217;y ajouter et\/ou substituer d&#8217;autres ingr\u00e9dients de saison : des ch\u00e2taignes, des champignons, des noix, du chou kale, des pois chiches, du bleu, des lentilles \u00e0 la place du quinoa&#8230; Les possibilit\u00e9s sont nombreuses, de telle sorte que vous ne pouvez pas vous lasser d&#8217;une id\u00e9e de courge farcie. Une derni\u00e8re option que j&#8217;aime aussi beaucoup consiste \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser une sauce \u00e0 base de ch\u00e8vre frais \u00e0 r\u00e9partir par dessus la courge. Un r\u00e9gal. R\u00e9duire la temp\u00e9rature du four \u00e0 190\u00b0C.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-3\">Pendant que la courge cuit, faire chauffer une cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;hule d&#8217;olive dans une casserole et y faire revenir les oignons jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils soient translucides. Ajouter le quinoa, couvrir avec l&#8217;eau et porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. R\u00e9duire le feu, couvrir et laisser mijoter pendant 12 minutes, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que l&#8217;eau soit absorb\u00e9e. Remuer avec une fourchette puis ajouter les cranberries et les noix de p\u00e9can.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-4\">Dans un petit bol, m\u00e9langer l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, le jus de citron, la moutarde, le vinaigre de cidre, le sel et le poivre. Verser par dessus le quinoa et bien m\u00e9langer.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-5\">Lorsque la courge est un peu moins chaude, en retirer la chair, en laissant 1,5 cm de bordure tout au fond et 2 cm de profondeur. Couper la chair restante en d\u00e9s et l&#8217;ajouter au quinoa.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-6\">Farcir les courges de la garniture au quinoa, puis enfourner de nouveau \u00e0 190\u00b0C pendant 10 minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires.
