Enfin, en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 on l&#8217;appelait soupe \u00e0 l&#8217;oignon chez nous, mais il s&#8217;agissait bel et bien d&#8217;une soupe \u00e0 la tomate et \u00e0 l&#8217;oignon. Je me souviens de ces soir\u00e9es un peu fra\u00eeches lors de lesquelles je savourais cette soupe fumante r\u00e9confortante, servie avec des croutons maison \u00e0 chaque fois. Quand je repense \u00e0 tous ces souvenirs aujourd&#8217;hui, je me demande pourquoi il m&#8217;aura fallu pas moins de 5 ans de blogging avant de vous partager une recette similaire de cette soupe tant aim\u00e9e de mon enfance. Finalement, tout vient \u00e0 point \u00e0 qui sait attendre et me voici fin pr\u00eate pour vous la pr\u00e9parer.<\/p>\n<p>Soyons honn\u00eates cependant, toutes les soupes \u00e0 la tomate ne se valent pas. Celles que l&#8217;on ach\u00e8te toutes pr\u00eates en bo\u00eete ou en t\u00e9trapak sont d&#8217;ailleurs des plus insipides, r\u00e9alis\u00e9es avec des tomates en bo\u00eete, auxquelles on aura ajout\u00e9 beaucoup de sucre et de sel, exhausteurs de go\u00fbt phare des produits pr\u00e9par\u00e9s. Fa\u00eetes-moi une faveur et promettez moi de ne plus jamais manger de soupe \u00e0 la tomate s&#8217;il ne s&#8217;agit pas de soupe \u00e0 la tomate maison. C&#8217;est alors le moment de r\u00e9aliser sauces, coulis et soupes de tomates, que vous pouvez ensuite congeler pendant plusieurs mois et ressortir plus tard pendant les longs mois d&#8217;hiver. Juste quelques ingr\u00e9dients basiques : des tomates, des poivrons rouges, des oignons et de l&#8217;ail. Le reste n&#8217;est qu&#8217;assaisonnement avec un peu d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive, de vinaigre balsamique, paprika, sel et poivre. Dans un premier temps, on grille tomates et oignons g\u00e9n\u00e9reusement arros\u00e9s d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive au four, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que les tomates soient bien juteuses et les oignons l\u00e9g\u00e8rement caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s. Cette \u00e9tape pourrait \u00e9galement se r\u00e9aliser \u00e0 la po\u00eale \u00e0 d\u00e9faut. En revanche, il est important de r\u00f4tir l&#8217;ail au four, comme je l&#8217;avais d&#8217;ailleurs fait pour mes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/2018\/07\/10\/eggplant-rolls-filled-with-roasted-garlic-hummus-vegan-gluten-free\/\">roul\u00e9s d&#8217;aubergine au hummus \u00e0 l&#8217;ail r\u00f4ti<\/a>, en enveloppant simplement la t\u00eate de l&#8217;ail (pas la gousse, la t\u00eate, au centre de laquelle les gousses sont accroch\u00e9es) dans une feuille d&#8217;aluminium avec un peu d&#8217;huile. On referme le petit paquet ainsi obtenu et on passe le tout au four sur la m\u00eame plaque que les tomates et les oignons. Vous verrez, c&#8217;est magique.<\/p>\n<p>Le poivron rouge est quant-\u00e0 lui grill\u00e9 s\u00e9par\u00e9ment, car il n\u00e9cessite d&#8217;utiliser la fonction grill du four. La technique peut sembler un peu avanc\u00e9e mais c&#8217;est en fait tout simple. Il vous suffit ainsi de placer les poivrons rouges entier sur la plaque allant au four (avec la queue et les p\u00e9pins renferm\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur) et de les griller dans la partie haute du four jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils deviennent bien noirs voir carbonis\u00e9s sur toutes leurs faces. Pour cela, il vous faudra les retourner de temps \u00e0 autre. Lorsqu&#8217;ils sont pr\u00eats, retirez-les du four et placez-les sous un saladier. L&#8217;humidit\u00e9 qui se cr\u00e9era alors aidera par la suite \u00e0 mieux \u00f4ter la peau les poivrons. Une variante int\u00e9ressante \u00e9galement consiste \u00e0 mixer votre soupe avec du basilic frais. Laisser refroidir quelques instants, puis peler la t\u00eate d&#8217;ail et les gousses.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Pour les poivrons grill\u00e9s :<\/h4>\n<ol class=\"is-style-circles\">\n<li id=\"instruction-step-5\">Pr\u00e9chauffer le four sur position grill, et lorsque c&#8217;est bien chaud, faire griller les poivrons en entier sur toutes leurs faces, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que chacune d&#8217;entre elles soit bien noire.
