Situ\u00e9 au sous-sol d&#8217;un building sans pr\u00e9tention pr\u00e8s de Central Park, l&#8217;emplacement original de Levain Bakery n&#8217;a absolument rien d&#8217;exceptionnel. Mais cela ne pouvais pas durer et il me fallait absolument trouver cette recette incroyable pour la reproduire moi-m\u00eame aussi souvent que possible. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s d&#8217;inombrables recherches, j&#8217;ai constat\u00e9 que beaucoup s&#8217;y sont essay\u00e9, sans succ\u00e8s. Mais c&#8217;est en tombant sur le site de <a href=\"https:\/\/abountifulkitchen.com\/levain-bakery-chocolate-chip-cookie-recipe\/\">A Bountiful Kitchen<\/a>, tenu par une passionn\u00e9e de cookies, que j&#8217;ai trouv\u00e9 la recette parfaite, avec un r\u00e9sultat tellement proche que l&#8217;on dirait qu&#8217;ils sont tout droits sortis de chez Levain Bakery.
