Je l&#8217;aime d&#8217;ailleurs en sucr\u00e9 comme en sal\u00e9. C&#8217;est un ingr\u00e9dient tr\u00e8s versatile et bien que tr\u00e8s calorique, il est responsable de nombreux bienfaits sur la sant\u00e9. Le beurre de cacahu\u00e8te est ainsi une excellente source d&#8217;acides gras insatur\u00e9s (responsables du &#8220;bon&#8221; cholest\u00e9rol, par opposition au acides gras satur\u00e9s qui sont eux responsables du &#8220;mauvais cholest\u00e9rol&#8221;). Personnellement, je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re cette derni\u00e8re version lorsque je l&#8217;utilise dans des plats sal\u00e9s, ce qui me permet de trouver un bon \u00e9quilibre de textures. Mais encore une fois, c&#8217;est une question de go\u00fbt.<\/p>\n<p>Le plus important lorsque vous acehetez du beurre de cacahu\u00e8te est de vous assurer de sa composition. Un beurre de cacahu\u00e8te doit \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 100% de cacahu\u00e8tes, sans autre ajout d&#8217;ingr\u00e9dients, le processus visant \u00e0 en faire du &#8220;beurre&#8221; ou plut\u00f4t une p\u00e2te \u00e9paisse et cr\u00e9meuse \u00e9tant r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par le simple fait de mixer les cacahu\u00e8tes jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles atteignent cette transformation. Nul besoin d&#8217;ajouter de l&#8217;huile (les cacahu\u00e8tes en renferment naturellement) ni m\u00eame du sucre. Regardez bien le pot lorsque vous l&#8217;achetez et fa\u00eetes de ce choix une habitude; c&#8217;est beaucoup plus sain. Vous obtenez ainsi une sauce aigre-douce l\u00e9g\u00e8rement \u00e9pic\u00e9e, qui \u00e9veillera tous vos sens gustatifs. Afin de rendre la sauce plus cr\u00e9meuse, j&#8217;ai ajout\u00e9 du lait de coco, que je choisis entier (en aucun cas all\u00e9g\u00e9) et non sucr\u00e9. Fouettez constamment le m\u00e9lange sur le feu jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;obtention de cette texture cr\u00e9meuse. On ajoute le lait de coco \u00e0 la fin et on coupe alors le feu peu apr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>Pour le reste, c&#8217;est tout simple : je m\u00e9lange le tofu pr\u00e9alablement saisi sur toutes ses faces dans une po\u00eale (pour ma part j&#8217;aime utiliser ma po\u00eale en fonte), de telle sorte qu&#8217;il soit dor\u00e9 et l\u00e9g\u00e8rement croustillant. Notez ici que si vous n&#8217;\u00eates ni v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien ni vegan, vous pouvez parfaitement r\u00e9aliser ce plat en remplacant le tofu par du poulet par exemple. Pour ma part, j&#8217;ai pour habitude de manger v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien sans pour autant l&#8217;\u00eatre, donc le choix du tofu m&#8217;est ici apparu naturel. Du halloumi pourrait \u00e9galement fonctionner dans cette recette, \u00e0 condition de le faire griller pr\u00e9alablement. Je recommande de le choisir frais plut\u00f4t qu&#8217;en bo\u00eete ou surgel\u00e9, afin d&#8217;\u00e9viter qu&#8217;il rende du jus tout en conservant sa saveur originale. Ajoutez-le au tofu au tout dernier moment, juste avant d&#8217;arroser de sauce cr\u00e9meuse au beurre de cacahu\u00e8te. Le plat se sert chaud, avec quelques lamelles d&#8217;oignons de printemps par dessus, qui apportent \u00e0 la fois texture et un peu de couleur \u00e0 l&#8217;ensemble.<\/p>\n<p>Extr\u00eamement simple \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer, ce plat de tofu et ananas grill\u00e9 avec sa sauce cr\u00e9meuse au beurre de cacahu\u00e8te fera le bonheur de tous les adeptes de sucr\u00e9-sal\u00e9 et de saveurs quelques peu exotiques, avec une petite touche asiatique. C&#8217;est aussi un plat nourrissant et r\u00e9confortant, qui est naturellement vegan et sans gluten. \u00c0 tester sans plus attendre, vous m&#8217;en direz des nouvelles !<\/p>\n<p><img assiette et l&#8217;essuyer avec du papier absorbant. Placer une po\u00eale en fonte ou quelque chose de lourd par dessus pendant 30 minutes. Couper le tofu en d\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-3\">Faire chauffer l&#8217;huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale dans une po\u00eale plac\u00e9e sur feu moyen. Lorsque la po\u00eale est bien chaude, ajouter le tofu avec la marinade et laisser dorer avant de retourner et de laisser dorer les autres faces. Ajouter l&#8217;ananas et poursuivre la cuisson encore quelques minutes.<\/li>\n<li id=\"instruction-step-4\">Pour la sauce : dans une petite casserole plac\u00e9e sur feu moyen, fouetter ensemble le beurre de cacahu\u00e8te, la sauce soja, le miel, le vinaigre de riz, l&#8217;huile de s\u00e9same et de chili, l&#8217;ail et le gingembre. D\u00e9s\u00e9paissir le m\u00e9lange avec quelques cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;eau.
