Eh oui, c&#8217;est \u00e7a aussi \u00eatre blogueuse culinaire, on passe d&#8217;une f\u00eate culinaire \u00e0 une autre sans transition ! Cette ann\u00e9e, Mardi Gras tombe le 13 f\u00e9vrier, soit juste avant la Saint Valentin. Un tr\u00e8s mauvais <em>timing<\/em> pour commencer la p\u00e9riode de je\u00fbne chez les Catholiques ! Et m\u00eame si je ne suis pas cette tradition de je\u00fbne moi m\u00eame, je d\u00e9clare ce Mardi Gras le &#8220;Big Mardi Gras&#8221;, une journ\u00e9e o\u00f9 on se fera doublement plaisir.<\/p>\n<p>Dans de nombreux pays, Mardi gras est en fait l&#8217;occasion de manger des\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/?s=pancakes\">pancakes<\/a>. En France, la coutume veut que l&#8217;on privil\u00e9gie les beignets (comme c&#8217;est aussi le cas \u00e0 la Nouvelle Orl\u00e9ans aux US) avec aussi des cr\u00eapes &#8211; toute occasion est bonne pour manger des cr\u00eapes en France de toute fa\u00e7on. Pour ma part, je ne suis pas une tr\u00e8s grande fan des beignets, que je trouve g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement trop gras et trop sucr\u00e9s, ce qui prend le dessus niveau go\u00fbt. En Su\u00e8de, il existe une autre tradition, celle de manger des\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2015\/02\/17\/swedish-semlor\/\">&#8220;semlor&#8221;<\/a>\u00a0pour Mardi Gras. Pour la touche finale, on saupoudre de sucre glace et le tour est jou\u00e9 ! Le chef\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/tosse.se\/\">Mattias Ljungberg<\/a>\u00a0a commenc\u00e9 il y a quelques ann\u00e9es en cr\u00e9ant le\u00a0<em>semmelwrap<\/em>, qui n&#8217;est autre qu&#8217;un <em>semla<\/em> (forme singuli\u00e8re du mot <em>semlor<\/em>) en forme de wrap roul\u00e9, un peu comme une cr\u00eape. Apr\u00e8s avoir partag\u00e9 la version classique il y a quelques ann\u00e9e, je vous propose aujourd&#8217;hui la version la plus facile \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser qui existe : le coulant su\u00e9dois \u00e0 la cardamome fa\u00e7on &#8220;semla&#8221;. C&#8217;est en r\u00e9alit\u00e9 une combinaison entre le fameux <a href=\"https:\/\/www.delscookingtwist.com\/fr\/2015\/10\/11\/swedish-chocolate-cake-kladdkaka\/\">g\u00e2teau au chocolat su\u00e9dois &#8220;kladdkaka&#8221;<\/a> qui a pour particularit\u00e9 d&#8217;avoir une texture extr\u00eamement coulante en son centre et des semlors classiques pour ce qui est des ingr\u00e9dients principaux : l&#8217;amande, la chantilly et la cardamome.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 l&#8217;inverse de la recette traditionnelle qui requiert un minimum de conna\u00eessances (pour r\u00e9aliser la petite brioche, utiliser une poche \u00e0 douille, etc.), la version g\u00e2teau est la plus simple qui soit. Il suffit en effet de m\u00e9langer tous les ingr\u00e9dients ensemble puis de les verser dans un moule \u00e0 g\u00e2teau avant d&#8217;enfourner. Pour cette raison, j&#8217;ai partag\u00e9 avec vous la recette de p\u00e2te d&#8217;amande maison (que vous trouverez dans la note en dessous de la recette). C&#8217;est extr\u00eamement simple \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer pour un go\u00fbt incomparable par rapport \u00e0 celle que l&#8217;on ach\u00e8te.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, ne vous laissez pas impressionner par l&#8217;apparence un peu avanc\u00e9e et \u00e9l\u00e9gante de la chantilly au dessus du g\u00e2teau. Je me suis ici amus\u00e9e avec ma poche \u00e0 douille a dessiner de jolies vagues pour un rendu final parfait, mais le plus souvent la plupart des gens \u00e9talent simplement la chantilly par dessus le g\u00e2teau en une \u00e9paisse couche et c&#8217;est bien s\u00fbr tout aussi bon.
